The counter-Insurgents were a group of 7 humans, 4 Kaphisians and another entity that escaped Yata during the Insurgency in the early third century CE - proving that recapturing the planet was a feasible task as they had disabled the shield generator. They also brought intel on the mysterious nation of Omnistat. The group consisted of, in order they arrived:
