A moon, or a natural satellite, are celestial bodies that orbit planets rather than stars.

Moon planets

A moon planet, put simply, is a "planet" that just so happens to be a moon. In other words, it shares similar characteristics (such as composition, size, or habitability) to that of a planet in its own right. All moons equal or larger in diameter than Mercury can be considered moon planets. Alternatively, habitable moons that are smaller than this baseline (such as Doluro) can be considered moon planets.
