Doluro, Sometimes also known as Candra, is Theia's first and largest moon. It is unique among moons within the Alpha Sol System, due to it being naturally habitable, albeit typically colder than other habitable worlds. It is one of the largest moons in the Alpha Sol System, alongside being fully controlled in its entirety by the Bejrik Order of Doluro, a planetary government of the Yatan-Theian Accord's federalized territories. Doluro is highly urbanised, although still has various rural communities. All of these communities and cities are generally powered with Noctic Crystal-based Powerplants. Noctic Crystals themselves are a mineral found on Doluro and Theia that the Bejriks have a deep religious connection to, alongside an understanding of how to use them to generate power.
A vast majority of Doluro's population belongs to the 'Bejrik' species, a people native to the planet which evolved thousands of years before the Theian Cataclysm before they achieved spaceflight which allowed them to make contact with the people of Theia as the more advanced of the two, with said Cataclysm leading to this 'more advanced' status being flipped against their favour. Ever since Doluro has been fully integrated into the local interstellar community, it has gradually grown a noticeable community of Humans, Theian Natives, and some others especially in more urban areas such as the capital of Varuna City, the largest city on the planet situated along the shore of Lake Varuna.
Government and Politics

The Bejrik Order of Doluro is the sole governing body spanning across the entirety of Doluro, taking the form of an unitary parliamentary 'socialist' republic. A 'Bejrik Order' has existed since ancient times before falling into disarray during the Theian Cataclysm, leading to a later re-establishment first in a small exclave on Yata before relocating to Theia and then back to their homeworld of Doluro, where a new Bejrik Order existed until it was integrated into the Yatan-Theian Federation as the 'Planetary Union of Doluro' before later regaining sovereignty as a Planetary Government within the Yatan-Theian Accord.
The 3 typical branches (Executive, Legislative, Judicial) that one may exist on an Accord planet are much more blurred in Doluro's case, with the 'Director' (head of state/government) being elected by the Legislature's "District Representatives" and is directly held accountable to them, also taking the role of a speaker of parliament. There are in total 6 'District Representatives' per district (the moon's primary administrative division) which are all elected via local direct democracy within districts, where each individual is allowed to participate in public debates regarding regional governance (albeit they aren't really that autonomous) and nominate 6 individuals from among themselves to serve a 3-year term in the 'Doluran Assembly'. Judicial matters are relegated to the 'Committee of Justice', a body subservient to the legislature which handles legal issues on their behalf.
Despite not officially calling itself by the term, Doluro is a socialist government in all but name as the government has significant influence over most commercial activity and actively redistributes the riches of the wealthy to its poor constituents. Within Bejrik culture all properties beyond one's home are considered to be shared for the collective use of the people, leading to a vast majority of the properties within the country to be entirely socialized and under common control. Despite these obviously socialist policies, Doluro does not officially use the term nor does it follow any kind of doctrine beyond local sociocultural and religious customs which just so happen to have similarities to what is considered to be 'Socialism'. Despite these restrictions, external corporations are still largely able to operate as long as they follow Doluran customs and regulations.
Political Parties
Certain political parties are represented within the Doluran Assembly, with a significant number of the 186 District Representatives belonging to some kind of party. The following is a catalogue of notable member parties;
| Logo | Name | Ideology | Position | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bejrik Tradition Party | Utopian Socialism | Left-Wing | People's Democratic Union | Government | |
| Transplanetary People's Party of Doluro | Social Liberalism | Centre | Liberal Democratic Alliance | Opposition |
