Xining is the oldest city within Sizzle (a member-republic of the Confederation of Yata) within the Ordos Province located near the border of Khuree. Xining was the first founded by Yetian Expeditionaries which established Sizzle within the city during the Lost Archives. Major points of interest within the city include the former Sizzlean Parliament, the Zack House Museum, the Dognaps House Museum, the Mighty Dognaps Gym, and many other locations.
