Guinevere is an elemental being originally from Theia, who is the first and current High Suzerain of Eos.
History
Guinevere was never really a person - in fact she is the united personality of thousands of Kaphi diamond beings that were reared in the caverns of the Flavros Project. This makes her, by origin Carbonado's sister and cousin (as parts of her being were sourced from the same/similar gem nurseries.)
She was given life when Sapphire threw a digiverse prism at the Flavros Project when it was active, hoping it would malfunction and destroy the Project. Thus, she is an inadvertent artificial being - the physical manifestation of tens of thousands of Kaphi diamonds who perished in the construction of the Flavros Project's superweapon. Her being (in the form of the powers she possessed) were scattered across time and space, forming portal clocks across the galaxy of which one succeeded in bringing her to life. The unfortunate reason for her existence motivated her to use her powers to create the planet Eos and bring the afterlife's resident population there for a second chance at existence.
In response to this anomaly, the Theian government (manipulated by TERAPRO) sought to subjugate her world and eliminate the perceived threat. However, the people that originally tried to stop her grew sympathetic to her cause, inspiring a mass suicide in TERAPRO to flee to Eos and support a resistance. Ultimately, they were saved from imminent destruction by Wisteria on Black Opal's advice, who with the latter's help, brought Eos into the Digiverse and transported it to the Empyrium.
By the first 14 years of her arrival in the Empyrium, she was instated as an official of the Empyrium, becoming the High Suzerain of Eos.
