The Mandragora-X2 is the capital ship of the Genian Space Fleet, and the sole existing ship of the Emperor-class Dreadnought range. While heavily armed and equipped with 21 hangars, the ship acts mainly as Gensokyo's mobile hub in space, and has been used on numerous expeditions into unknown space. The Mandragora is the second ship of this range - the original having been destroyed in the aftermath of the Annihilation. The current ship was built in 357 CE to more modern standards than its predecessor, the X1.
Description
The Mandragora is 6.5 kilometres in length, with a beam of 1km and a total height of 750 metres spread into twelve main decks and hundreds more minor floors. It is powered by ten engines which equip it for exceptionally fast long-distance travel. Its role as a hub in space has endowed it many features typically not found on conventional spaceships, including an immigration system, a teleporter, scientific laboratories, and a mass transit monorail. The laboratories on the Mandragora are known for their pioneering work in general robotics which work to bring access to the technology to the general public. Their teleport is also a technological marvel due to its exceptional recharge time, safety, and all-round integrity.
