Memoria is the energy that permeates through the Noosphere - whereas orgone is the energy of life, memoria is the flow of consciousness. All conscious beings contain memoria, but memoria cannot/should not exist on its own.

Memoria Beings

Memoria beings - essentially a technical term for a ghost - are omnipresent within the Afterlife, and also within Invirian. Essentially, they are consciousnesses without a "physical form" in the strict sense, but often tend to be corporeal in a way that defies known laws of the universe. All inhabitants of afterlife realms are memoria beings, which is why their existence within realspace is often transient and unstable. On the contrary, "soul-shattered" beings in realspace are technically purely orgone. For example, the "evil" Carbonado that oversaw the Digiverse Project was an orgone being, whereas the Carbonado that helped to stop the World Machine was a memoria being. Eosians were all memoria beings until their consciousnesses were imbued with orgone from the portal clock.
