The Noosphere[1] is a "collective consciousness" that encompasses all living beings within the local multiverse, taking the form of an Astral Dimension situated a 'layer above' Baseline Reality that forms a vast network of concepts and ideas that contain all possible thought, knowledge, information, ideas, etc as well as the interactions between said concepts. Alongside corporeal thoughts and knowledge, it is also inhabited by memetic entities/complexes, disembodied consciousnesses, conceptual entities, some[2] oneirospheric collectives and partially bisected extra-noospheric entities.

The Noosphere can be accessed and utilised by those who both are highly connected to it and know how to utilise it to wield it to achieve various acts that may at times go 'beyond the laws of physics' due to said 'laws' not existing within it. The Noosphere itself does not have any traditional limitations or laws of reality, as only the limitations of the mind apply within it. This unusual property can be utilised by organic beings within Corporeal Reality, as the Noosphere can, and often does, interact with Corporeal Reality in various ways. These interactions allow individuals and species' with a high connection to the Noosphere to manipulate it, making usage of telekinesis, telepathy, psychics, psionics, hiveminds, and much more possible. Alongside its interactions with corporeal reality, the Noosphere also interacts with other Astral Realms such as the Oneirosphere, and occasional Extra-Noospheric Entities[3] which sometimes spread into Baseline Reality's Noosphere such as Asteros.

Sub-Noospheres

Each species has its own Sub-Noosphere within the greater Noosphere, in which the total sum of thoughts and concepts that are comprehendible by its species can be found. These Sub-Noospheres are "separate" from each other, though due to the Noosphere not being composed of any kind of "space", there isn't actually any distance between these Sub-Noospheres, thus allowing interaction between the Sub-Noospheres. Alongside species-centric Sub-Noospheres, there are several other more enigmatic kinds of Sub-Noospheres such as for more localised hiveminds or artificial beings whom have managed to gain access to the Noosphere via biocomputing, though due to their nature they are much less documented.

Other Noospheres

Each 'Local Multiverse' has its own separate Noosphere, which while sometimes interacting or leeching into each other, regardless remain fully separate. This however may lead to some issues, as if one is to somehow travel to another multiverse, a phenomenon called "Noospheric Disorder" occurs. As in most cases each multiverse has its own native noosphere, an individual entering another one is left in a strange position as they are completely disconnected from this multiverse's noosphere. In most cases a person's native noosphere fades away and is replaced by their current Multiverse's native one. In rare cases this process does not occur, effectively locking the in a bubble of their own origin noosphere, unable to interact with their new multiverse's Noosphere.

Description

SDS-000 (Also known as the Noosphere) is the primary collective consciousness that encompasses all living minds within the local multiverse. It takes the form of an Astral Dimension situated within Baseline Reality, forming a neuralnetwork that contains all possible thought, knowledge, information, ideas, and much more as well as their interactions. The Noosphere is situated a "layer above" Baseline Reality, surrounding it and its inhabitants. Alongside corporeal thoughts and knowledge, it is also inhabited by memetic entities/complexes, disembodied consciousnesses, some oneirospheric collectives and partially bisected extra-noospheric entities.

Despite technically being situated in a separate reality, the Noosphere often interacts with Corporeal Reality in various ways. These interactions allow individuals and species' with a high connection to the Noosphere to manipulate it, allowing the existence and usage of telekinesis, telepathy, psychics, psionics, etc.
