Special Defensive Safeguards
SDS-021 is to be kept in a locked containment chamber at all times. When personnel must enter SDS-021's containment chamber, no fewer than 3 may enter at any time and the door is to be locked behind them. At all times, two people must maintain direct eye contact with SDS-021 until all personnel have safely exited the chamber and relocked it.
Description
SDS-021 is a concrete statue, held together with rebar, it also has red, green and black spray-paint on some parts of its body such as face and back. SDS-021 is animate and extremely hostile, however it cannot move within a direct line of sight. Sight must not be broken at any time with SDS-021, even including blinking due to SDS-021's extreme speed of Mach 20. Personnel assigned to SDS-021's containment chamber are to alert one another before blinking to prevent casualties. SDS-021 attacks its victims by snapping the neck at the base of the skull, or by strangulation. In the event of an attack, personnel are to re-assume line of sight to immobilize SDS-021 while a transportation method for the object is prepared to return its to its chamber (Usually a forklift.)
People passing by the containment chamber of SDS-021 have reported sounds of scraping concrete or stone from the chamber when no one is present inside. This is considered normal and most likely is the entity moving, and any change in this behaviour should be reported to the supervisor of SDS-021 research. A reddish-brown substance often manifests on the floor of SDS-021's containment chamber, which is some kind of substance made out of faeces and blood. The origin of how these materials get here is unknown due to SDS-021 being inorganic in nature. Because of this its containment chamber must be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.
