Provisional-Site-3 was a SDS Facility constructed to contain SDS-007's spread above the ruins of Red City, having it as the sole anomaly it contained. Due to its proximity to major settlements in Bornuvia it is disguised as a government building.

In the year 213 Site 3 was compromised as a explosion caused presumably by SDS-007 released large amounts of Attrick Gas. This caused a visitor known as Zirnec to be infected by it, whom promptly took control of Site 3 and conquered the rest of Bornuvia with reactivated Red City androids with plans to brign Red Leader into Yata's dimension. Zirnec was eventually overthrown after releasing Red Leader, leading to the SDS occupying the city and re-containing SDS-007. In 358 the SDL Coalition attacked and seized Site-3 from SDS Forces after a extensive battle, repurposing it as the Void Anomaly Research and Containment Site.
