Dimensional-Site-99 was a SDS Facility located in the at the time outback regions of Bazhrosia, Theia. Site-99 did not contain any anomalies, and was instead used as Theia's gateway into the Backrooms System via SDS Technology, which was somewhat open for public use with the exceptioon of the R&D Sectors and the various offices attributed the SDS' extradimensional departments and SDSB negotiators. The United Occult Initiative invaded and occupied the facility in 366, reconstituting it as the Backrooms Transportation Research and Interdimensional Travel Facility under their control.
