Biological-Site-7 was a SDS Facility located on Sizzle Island constructed to contain biological threats in a safe, quarantined environment. They also researched methods to prevent the spread of the threats they manage.

Site-7 was attacked and eventually captured by the United Occult Initiative in 365, whom repurposed it into the Hazardous Biological-Threat Management Facility.
