The Farout Project was a joint SDS-AOF project regarding interstellar travel and the preservation of Humanity beyond Human Space in the case of a catastrophe. While it was largely successful for several years, establishing several outposts and even the colony of Astria, once the AOF sided with the SDL Coalition against the SDS Foundation the Farout Project was rendered mostly defunct, soon afterwards being fully integrated into the SDS' other spacefaring operations.

Spacefaring Technology

The Herculina-Drive

The Herculina-Drive is a one of a kind interstellar propulsion method more powerful than most other FTL-drives that utilises an anomalous black hole designated "SDS-025" to achieve FTL travel. Due to this requirement, only 1 ship can utilise it.

SDS-025

SDS-025 is a special anomalous blackhole, which has a special attribute of having controllable gravity via external stimuli. This has allowed the Herculina-Drive to function using its immense gravitational pull.
