Foarhinnea, officially the Empire of Foarhinnea, was an interstellar feudal empire dominated by the Space Giraffes, a species of shapeshifters artificially created by the Imperium of Kings. Foarhinnea had a history of being a 'troublesome' nation, often attacking various other civilisations for no reason other than "boredom".
Foarhinnea's existence came to an end in the 210 CE, after its king, Lucius, and homeworld were both destroyed by the Kings.
