- The First Galactic Federation, a union of numerous societies which existed from 321 CE to 514 CE.
- The Khian Lijani, a extant union of five interstellar societies which was established in 514 CE after the collapse of its predecessor which is often known as the "Second Galactic Federation", which was its official exonym before 557 CE.
