The Confederation of the Lower Rim is a loose confederal union consisting of the Ankokan Collective, Kouran Collective, Orion Collective, Staryan Collective, and Terrian Collective, allowing all 5 of the Confederation's members to retain most of their sovereignty while sharing a common military/spacefleet known as the 'Lower Rim Taskforces Coalition' and a shared foreign policy handled by the 'Provisional Assembly of the Lower Rim' consisting of the leaders of each member collective. Astropolitically, the Lower Rim is a member of the Galactic Community.
