The Kingdoms and Lands Represented in the Charaland Council and the Lands of the Holy Charaland Crown of St. Chara, usually simply known as Charaland is a small sovereign polity and anomalous free-port located within Louisiana. While initially highly erratic akin to its contemporaries, Charaland has since its creation slowly transitioned into becoming one of the more 'reasonable' polities in its region.
