Sizzlean Governorate of Saipulusi, often simply known as Saipulusi, was a faction of the New Sizzlean Empire that was established in 184 after seceding from Yetia during a period infighting under the leadership of Yang Zhang until Saipulusi was usurped by dissident Unifist factions in 388, joining The Confederacy.
