The Aitrakszik are lead by the Congress of Enlightenment, a legislative body dedicated to the empowerment of their empire to a higher level of evolution via whatever means necessary. While the Aitrakszik Empire has largely been uninvolved with galactic affairs, they have occasionally raided other civilisations such as the now-destroyed Theldhic Authority with the aim of gathering more knowledge for their enlightenment project.
