Sumera, officially the Federation of Sumera, was a Theian nation in the Keiria region of Deshret. Its capital and largest city is Sumera City, and its population is 43.2 Million. Sumera was largely populated by Theian Natives belonging to the Billadaka subspecies. Before the founding of Sumera, the Billadakas lived underground of Keiria for hundreds of years.
