The Echo Operatives were a private intelligence agency based in the YNF due to its tax-exemptions towards NGOs. They mainly investigated the Imperial Council, seeing it as suspicious.
History
Investigating the Imperial Council
They managed to sneak in a listening device into the Imperial Council HQ which transmitted back "Contingency Project I71A" in morse code before being destroyed. Following this, they published their findings in the news.
In January 314 the Echo Operatives published that way less than normal members went to the Imperial Council Meeting during heightened CSIS-Ganymede tensions. In mid 315 they also revealed that extra members showed up than normal, and published a photograph of 2 persumed Imperial Council members meeting a third individual in a large facility.
Purge of the Echo Operatives
A unknown terror group in July 316 executed most personnel in the Echo Operatives HQ building and then performed a suicide bombing. This lead to general carnage, as the assailants could not be identified. Following this several members not present at the building began being murdered leading to the 7 surviving members declaring the organization permanently dissolved for their own safety.
