The Office of National Intelligence is the main Intelligence gathering agency within the Commonwealth of Independent Systems. ONI Runs several sub branches for different methods of intelligence, and also counter intelligence. ONI is Semi-Autonomous, consistently lacking authorization to carry out operations from the CIS government.
