Narakh Mining Corp. is a mining corporation operating and based on Narakam. Narakh MC is by far the largest company in the entirety of Narakam, holding control over significant portions of the Narakamian Confederation's GDP.
Narakh MC has gained its significant wealth due to Narakam's rich concentration of untapped natural resources and void matter deposits, which have together allowed Narakh to consistently hold extreme amounts of wealth to its name.
Mining Operations
The mining industry is Narakh MC's largest source of income, and is thus handled with care and efficiency. There are two main "strategies" employed by NMC when it comes to mining, both with their drawbacks and benefits. The first 'strategy' is directly mining materials from the crust of Narakam in extensive mining tunnels. Generally more valuable materials are found this way, although it takes much longer and arguably damages the environment of Narakam. The second 'strategy' is extracting ore held in the underground lava seas and rivers of Narakam. This generally produces far lower quality ores, but is much quicker to achieve, though has been criticised for putting the lives of workers at risk.
