The Imperial Council for the Restoration of the Trophian Empire (Usually referred to as just the "Imperial Council") was a organization which advocated for the restoration of the Trophian Empire as a ultramilitarist pan-human state. Most attempts at trying to extract information of the true plans of the Imperial Council failed, due to their immense security in every possible field. The Imperial Council eventually managed to take over large swaths of human space, but its forces were eventually driven out and exiled.
