The Carnival of Oddities is allegedly an illegally operating freak show featuring anomalous individuals according to recovered 'performers'. Any actual contact with the Carnival has been unsuccessful, as there is little to no evidence of their existence other than these claims. Most items recovered from the Carnival by the SDS Foundation have been humanoid, sapient anomalies, alongside occasional inanimate objects. The Carnival was shut down by the SDS Foundation in 417 following a successful sting operation.
