The Independent Space Aeronautics Commission ("ISAC") was a Yorican company formed in 321 which aimed to create a spaceport without restrictions on who may buy and operate a spacecraft there, due to them seeing restricting people's access to space based on their history as morally incorrect. This was eventually completed, and a decently sized spaceport operating under ISAC was eventually constructed. Following the collapse of The Confederacy the left-wing government that came to power in Yorica nationalised the company.
