The International Scientific Assembly, also known as ISA, was a international forum of several scientific institutes and agencies that cooperated together in order to further advance the scientific and technological knowledge held by the species of the Yatan-Theian Accord. In 472 CE the ISA was nationalized by the Yatan-Theian Federation and promptly reorganized into the Department of Scientific Research due to its studies being deemed valuable enough for the future of the Federation.

Departments and Projects

ISA was divided into several smaller departments and wings focused on the study and research of specific topics and fields of science such as the;

Biological Sciences Wing

Based in the GIORC Biological Research Centre Facility.

The Biological Sciences Wing of ISA was focused on the study of living beings and their biologies.

Metaphysical and Deific Wing

Based in the JADIRAD Facility.

The Metaphysical and Deific Wing of ISA was focused on the study of other dimensions, afterlives, and deities.

Project Psyche

Based in TERAPRO Facility.

Project Psyche was a joint research and development project run by the International Scientific Assembly and Conscious Studies Sub-Division primarily directed towards research, understanding, and mapping the local Noosphere.

"Anomaly" Manifesto

Delivered to the United Occult Initiative following its initial drafting during the 365 ISA Conference in Saimaa City, Osania.

"Anomaly" Manifesto Due to pre-existing leaks by the Eden Org and other recent public leaks, the research and knowledge about so called "Anomalies", we at the ISA see the current "veil-centric" interpretation of anomalies as scientifically problematic. Treating these things as uncontrollable magical beings and artefacts without an explanation for their existence is wrong. We should instead be treating these 'things' as simply natural phenomena we currently lack a scientific explanation for. In the ancient days we lacked a theory of gravity, yet people didn't go floating away into the sky. This change of definition would allow the world to be more open to these things, while also supporting further scientific research into this field.
