Protected-Site-0, also known as Overwatch HQ, was a safe zone that acted as a data backup for all major SDS facilities worldwide, as well as a secure meeting facility for Overseer Council members and other high-ranking SDS personnel. The location of Site-0 and all further details were strictly classified.

Site-0 was attacked and later on captured by the SDL Coalition and Accord Occult-Force in 359-360 following the Denver Agreement with the Yorican government. Following this battle the two organizations merged into the United Occult Initiative, repurposing Site-0 as the "Secondary Data Archive - Colorado".
