All organic[3] beings capable of thought naturally 'access' the Noosphere to varying levels, though most that lack sufficient 'attunement' are incapable of using it to achieve any physical or extreme mental acts, instead only passively 'using' it to process knowledge, information, and 'relationships' with other beings. For those that can manipulate the Noosphere their level of connection one may have varies greatly, ranging from solely those in their line of sight, to those they are in a 'group' with ('Group Noosphere'), to the general concentration of beings within their vicinity ("Psychic Concentration"), to the 'Planetary Consciousness' of any given world they are on, to the 'Species Consciousness' they are a part of, and in some rare cases even beyond this to galactic, universal, and even multiversal scales. While these various layers are fully distinct and separate from one another, they all exist within the same 'place' due to the Noosphere lacking any spatial dimensions, allowing them to all readily interact with one another. Information is exchanged through the Noosphere at various 'Psionic Frequencies', which are variances described in a scale from 'low' to 'high' that differentiate individual pieces of information within the Noosphere. Alongside beings connected to it, the Noosphere is also inhabited by memetic entities/complexes, disembodied consciousnesses, conceptual entities, egregores and partially bisected extra-noospheric entities.
The Noosphere can be utilised those that both have the necessary know-how and are connected enough ("Psionic Attunement") in order to to wield it to achieve various acts that may at times go 'beyond the laws of physics' due to said 'laws' not existing within it. The Noosphere itself does not have any traditional limitations or laws of reality[4], as only the limitations of the mind apply within it. This unusual property can be utilised by organic beings within Corporeal Reality, as the Noosphere can, and often does, interact with Corporeal Reality in various ways, allowing for various otherwise unnatural abilities such as telekinesis, telepathy, psychics, psionics, and much more to occur. Prolonged 'contact' between individuals typically leads to them being connected to one another in either a 'positive' or 'negative' way, with positive connections often networking via mutual associates to form what are known as 'Psionic Networks' or 'Psionic Links' between highly attuned people, which also forms the basis of most Hivemind structures.
The Noosphere, thanks to its scale, overlaps with several other astral dimensions that can be accessed by intelligent beings such as the Psionic Warp, a strange FTL Travel medium that exists as a semi-tangible 'sub-layer' of reality between the corporeal and the Semiosphere. Other realms the Noosphere is connected to includes the likes of the Cybersphere and occasional Extra-Noospheric Entities[5] or layers which occasionally leak into the Noosphere. 'Physically', the Noosphere is effectively a 0-dimensional space due to it lacking a physical/matter-based plane of reality, existing everywhere and nowhere all at once even if each mind and object has a clear 'position' both in material reality and the Noosphere.
Other Noospheres
Each 'Local Multiverse' has its own separate Noosphere, which while sometimes interacting or leeching into each other, regardless remain fully separate. This however may lead to some issues, as if one is to somehow travel to another multiverse, a phenomenon called "Noospheric Disorder" occurs. As in most cases each multiverse has its own native noosphere, an individual entering another one is left in a strange position as they are completely disconnected from this multiverse's noosphere. In most cases a person's native noosphere fades away and is replaced by their current Multiverse's native one. In rare cases this process does not occur, effectively locking the in a bubble of their own origin noosphere, unable to interact with their new multiverse's Noosphere.

Description
SDS-000 (Also known as the Noosphere) is the primary collective consciousness that encompasses all living minds within the local multiverse. It takes the form of an Astral Dimension situated within Baseline Reality, forming a neuralnetwork that contains all possible thought, knowledge, information, ideas, and much more as well as their interactions. The Noosphere is situated a "layer above" Baseline Reality, surrounding it and its inhabitants. Alongside corporeal thoughts and knowledge, it is also inhabited by memetic entities/complexes, disembodied consciousnesses, some oneirospheric collectives and partially bisected extra-noospheric entities.
Despite technically being situated in a separate reality, the Noosphere often interacts with Corporeal Reality in various ways. These interactions allow individuals and species' with a high connection to the Noosphere to manipulate it, allowing the existence and usage of telekinesis, telepathy, psychics, psionics, etc.
Alongside its interactions with corporeal reality, the Noosphere also interacts with other Astral Realms such as the Oneirosphere, and occasional Extra-Noospheric Entities which sometimes spread into Baseline Reality's Noosphere such as Asteros.
