The Accord Paranormal Corps is the Accord Armed Forces' anomalous research and investigation organization under the direction of the Interplanetary Defence and Security Division tasked with dealing with anomalies found within the Accord's borders. Though for much of their history they were significantly out-competed in both funding and competency by the SDS Foundation, they have gained some significance since they joined the Accord Occult-Force in 347, later on also being a member of its successor, the United Occult Initiative. What is now the APC has gone under various names across its history, starting out as the 'Theian Paranormal Unit' under the League of Theia and Theian Federation before later falling under the Yatan-Theian Federation as the 'Yatan-Theian Paranormal Unit' until it eventually ended up as the 'Accord Paranormal Corps' after the YTF was absorbed by the Accord in 496.
