The AARS Territory was an autonomous self-governing territory located within the southern regions of the Blarg Republic, which created it to manage reconstruction efforts following the defeat of The Pisungall. The AARS Territory was an autocratic regime, with all sections of government under the direct rule of AARS (Advanced Algorythmic Reconstruction System), a hyperintelligent AI Construct spread out across a myriad of data servers, computers, mechanical bodies, and various other systems within the territory. AARS' Primary mission objective was to reconstruct the territory and restore it to a state of prosperity, which it proved to be very efficient at doing.
History
AARS was first activated in early 324 by the Blarg Republic to aid in reconstruction efforts on various systems which it was given rule over, which it was given full governance over. AARS immediately began working on this, which was noted to be extremely effective. AARS' successes also lead to the creation of of CARS, a somewhat dumbed down copy of AARS which the Blarg Republic exported to several other civilisations to use.
In 325, AARS Territory was entrusted with its own spacefleet armed with various advanced weapons such as Terzan-2 Inverted Light Weaponry, which it used to wipe out a Pisungall Infestation on the planet Varne.
In 326 the AARS Territory was expanded to include the section of space between the planets of Varne/Halghan and Facilia due to its successes against the Pisungall and in its reconstruction task.
In 332 AARS participated in the first IDI Fleet Conference, in which it sent a ship controlled by its AI systems.
In 370 the Blarg Republic proclaimed victory over the Blarg Kingdom, reunifying all Blarg territories. Following this victory the AARS Territory's autonomy was dissolved, with AARS itself being recruited into the Blarg Government as one of its most influential members, while still acting as an administrator and digital manager.
