General Trivia
- Most Theian Countries[1] had very underdeveloped navies compared to their Yatan contemporaries due to their head start in space technology.
- Theia is somewhat richer than Yata generally, although it still has some poorer regions.
- Ancient Yata in the last few decades was actually technologically similar to the early 21st Century, and not more advanced than modern day! This includes space technologies, which were still limited to satellites and slow, several year long lasting flights to other nearby planets like the Moon and Mars.
- Ancient Theia was actually much more advanced than Yata was, arguably being on a similar level to Yata in the mid 300s even if it didn't focus on expansion into space that much.
- While Yata features various elements, characters, and entire nations from other fictional universes, Yata itself is not in any one of them, and is canonically its own thing. Though, several of these have been stated to exist within the Omniverse.
- The reason why Humanity is so seemingly important is due to several castrovalence anomalies in the first half of the 100s
- The "(thing) says "blahblah"" format for Yata Lore chat was first used in May 2019 by Dognaps.
- Aldren Tremar and Alana Csabay are still alive despite the fact both were dead. This is not a retcon - it is left intentionally ambiguous.
- Humans in YATA Lore have longer lifespans than people in real life.
- Mercury is the only major planet in the Alpha Sol System with no presence on it whatsoever.
- Narakam has rings. they are mostly made out of material narakam the planet has shredded off of its moon, which is close to its roche limit.
- Until the formation of the Yatan-Theian Federation, English was not the global lingua franca due to it holding a much less significant presence when compared to reality.
- French and German instead took the place of this role on Yata until the formation of The Confederacy, which saw the rise of Russian as the new lingua franca until the 470s.
- Theia has primarily used Macanese English as its lingua franca ever since it was settled by humans with no real deviations.
- Due to many of the real world's genocides never happening, Yata is much more diverse than real-life earth, which is most notably in its much higher population of native americans.
- Theia has 2 moons, one of whom is between the sizes of Io and Callisto and fully habitable. This habitable one, Doluro, is entirely under the control of the Bejrik Order, and is the place where they evolved and are based. The second moon is a small asteroid like one further out than Doluro, with only a small based on it. This one is called Teiro.
- Narakam, while also being a greenhouse effect hellscape, has a much cooler (but still unbearable) surface temperature than Venus.
- Luna, Yata's Moon, had rings between the 120s and 290s due to weapons testing ejecting material into its orbit. These slowly falling back onto its surface is why it lacked any human presence for a while
- The Blargs are technically the first (non irl) species to be created for Yata, considering they were first "invented" in 2016 (2 years before YATA began)
- There is no official Yatan-Theian Accord acronym, they do not call themselves the YTA as a shortening they just use "Accord" instead.
- Minguk-Yakamoto was not a Japanese country technically* they're run by Koreans just claim a pre existing Japanese nation (og Yakamoto)'s name due to "historical rejuvenation" fascistic-ish reasons and whatnot (due to the government in charge when they renamed from Minguo to Yakamoto)
- While yes, The Qu on Yata were originally introduced as ripped content in the mid 200s, basically all about them (history, life cycle, technology) other than appearance and ideological tenets is OG content i bullshitted into existence.
- but its a bit too late to just go ahead and rename the entire species to be more original so they stay as they are
- Theia is a lot richer than Yata in natural resources and via GDP
- Theians are generally richer per capita than Yatans.
- The borders on the Galaxy Map aren't clearly defined absolute borders because it is space and not land. They're more "fuzzy" in reality. + Theres like tons of uninhabited or uncolonised systems in claimed spaces also because the Galaxy has thickness to it. it designed like that for ease of use and editing.
- The accord uses Russian and English in government settings
- Siberia is actually urbanized and developed unlike IRL.
- Southern Ukraine is mostly Turkish-speaking.
- It can be kinda implied what areas on Yata used to be "colonies" during ancient times based on languages and stuff in regions.
- Examples of this are a Scottish South-Africa, a fairly similar Spanish colonial empire, a Slightly bigger Portuguese Brazilian colony (including the Guyanas), Spanish Canadian Arctic, French/English Alaska, kinda French ish Canada, and English southern USA, among others.
- Tho there were other colonial empires during contemporary history which also affect that kinda stuff but all aforementioned examples were ancient.
- It is an unwritten rule that every wiki thing relating to hell has to be in red font it's so quirky.
- In extrasolar wars taking space with no system in it is fairly pointless since there's either nothing there or only uninhabited/uninhabitable stars or systems there.
- The song used as the Accord's anthem is the main title song of "Godzilla: Invasion of the Astro Monster", released in 1965.
- A lot of the more medium and small sized Extrasolar Nations have a similar thing to the accord going on with terrestrial nations still existing.
- How does Yetia even work its so much lands and ethnicitIes treated as one unit!?!?!? The answer is India. India is linguistically and ethnically diverse, even more-so than Europe, therefore Yetia can work as long as it works kind-of like India.
- Skantos is high fantasy + like a little bit of 1700s factory in some areas.
- Yata is a hell timeline in which Cyprus has been sinicized.
- Dagda and Odin are currently (kinda) on the opposite sides of each other in their orbits, with Odin currently being 'below' the galactic disc and Dagda being 'above' it
- Ra and Zeus galaxies are roughly on a similar level to the galactic disc but on opposite sides of it as can be inferred by them being in opposite corners of the Galaxy Map.
- The two on-map routes between the Milky Way and Dagda/Odin also go like up/down from the main galaxy, the routes themselves probably start further inwards to the galaxy (to some degree) but showing cut line going into the galaxy would look ugly so i didn't do that.
- During the final stages of the 300s, Yata was unofficial cold war between left-wing third-worldism, unifism, and centre to right wing interventionism (though the 'interventionists' were largely 'friendly' with Unifism).
- Theia's longest river is the Magan River and its widest river is the Savalon River.
- Theia is 28.99% bigger than Yata.
- Yata Milky Way has more than the 4 satellites the rest are just tiny and irrelevant so i haven't been bothered to describe them existing.
- All organizations that were founded during "ancient" Yata but still exist had to have operated solely in the country of Mei'ra from the years 300BCE until 99 CE. (due to the retrograde amnesia caused by sleeping sickness wiping the concept of entire organization from their heads.)
- There's a few star systems outside the galaxy hanging out.
- Life is common in the universe
- Water, Oxygen, "air", etc, are not necessary for life and can be sustituted
- Contemporary Yatan/Theian Civilisation surpassed ancient Theia's level of advancement in the 370s.
- The Great Sleep wiped people's memory of events but they kept stuff like muscle memory and language.
- Colonialism was not really as much of a thing in contemporary Yata, with only a few scattered colonies such as Equatoria, Guyana and New York being Yetian for a while, and namibia being Luxurian for a while, this did not really affect language or demographics that much.
- Ancient yata did have colonialism at some point tho (as was described in Trivia no. 27). Established colonialisms that have happened are an English Australia and USA, scottish South Africa, spanish Latin America + south-west USA, French-ish? Canada, Portuguese Brazil + Guyanas, Spanish Carribbean, probably some others i'm missing.
- The other planets of Skantos System are named after mythological figures from Tengrism.
- There will be no 1 specific "this is the one true interpretation" for the creation of the Yata multiverse/universe (on a cosmic scale) or other similar stuff. make your own interpretations and folks can piece it together in their minds how they feel fit for coolio sake :)
- The Kaiton Hegemony was founded by a robot uprising in 30795 BGS. (not a single AI construct defecting, but instead more of a revolution orchestrated by countless independently acting androids). Their creators were completely wiped out by this. While they theoretically could expand to a much greater area of space with countless colony worlds, the Kaiton leadership has deemed it inefficient and has instead focused on slow expansion into a select few worlds, perfecting them to the best of their abilities.
- There's probably a bunch of 'alien' civilisations that have been mentioned in lore before the Galaxy Map era which I've completely forgotten about and when i re learn of them that will be future Hakced's problem.
- Most human built deep space vessels use a time system known as the "Standard Ship-Board Time" or "SSBT". It is a 24 hour per day format with each ship that uses it aligned to have the same hour at the same time. This system was made for ease of coordination between ships of different assembly origins which would prior to introduction just have aligned their own clock using the local time of their assembly location.
- Many of the lakes in the central regions of Theia's 'Deshret' continent are artificial resevoirs.
- The page for the planet "Narakam" was the first page to be made on the YATA Wiki (old Fandom wiki)
- The Louisianas used to interact with things and were important i cant imagine anything scarier.
- Chatou is one of the coldest nations of Theia.
- The Year System was first introduced in september 2019, with the approximately 1 year of Yata that preceded it lacking such a system.
- The first Year to be recorded was 'Year 52', because until a poll in January 2023 it was defined as 365 in-game (minecraft) days, which took roughly ~5.1 days. This data was gotten from the in-game day counter in the f3 menu, and then put into a days to years converter. Which is why while the years 0-51 were never recorded, they still canonically existed.
- Following said poll, the Year System was changed to be 5 Real-Life Days. This was seen as more convenient and secure, though it did pose the problem of eliminating the ability to get the specific date that was ongoing at that moment.
- Yata's version of "DOOM" is called "BOOM" and is about a retired superhuman demolitions expert fighting eldritch monster's that want to take over Yata. Its has also garnered a similar meme-status as the IRL version with the appropriate question "But can it run BOOM?" being one way to classify... really anything at this point.,
- Footnote: The concept of "BOOM" was first introduced in the second chapter of "Trovu"
- Dynamic, Yata's equivilent of Google/Alphabet, was named after the minecraft plugin "Dynmap" which was the online map used by the YATA minecraft server until ~2023? due to the online map being semi-canonised as Yata's version of google maps, leading to Dynamic being made as its owner.
- On the front page of the yatawiki there are 9 screenshots from Yata MC that if clicked open various important categories or pages, but where were these pictures taken?
- Yata History Timeline: Located in the city of Khyber which is currently in eastern Apothelis.
- Country List: Located in the Mylonagrad (eastern tritonia) UN Building's main chamber.
- Characters: Located in front of Yetevia Palace in Nuelo, Yetia (spain).
- Locations: Located in downtown Mylonagrad, which is a major city in eastern Tritonia.
- Groups and Organizations: Located in SDS Site-3 (Nowadays UOI's void containment site) which is located in south-western Bornuvia.
- Species: Located in the town of Trondheim in western Svealand (norway).
- Space: Located in the Yetia Lazer Tower which is located in the alps (austria).
- Dimensions: Located in The Lobby, which is the first subspace of the Backrooms System.
- Art: Located in the Library of Eden, which is its own dimension.
- One in-lore day equates to roughly 19.7 IRL Minutes.
- Which country is the richest (in 436 CE)
- yata: maybe Yetia considering all other notable big economies like sizhou and tritonia are kinda in a meh state? but Yetia's economy after end of federation of syndicates until the return of normal democracy was in a weird hellish flatline so they've prob not fully recovered yet. so i would say YORICA or ARABFED with yetia catching up
- theia: competition between polsk and theiafed, tho considering how much bigger theiafed is and the fact they house several more major institutions, several of the former wealthiest countries, and the largest stock exchange i'd give it to them (or soon them if they're not yet)
- skantos: regialus
- accord members: The CIS, but considering their recent incident i could see it maybe changing idk. yata and theia aren't unified so they arent big challengers, bejrik union of accord colonies and the other one-planet members have too small populations, so i'd see their main competitor probably being Altair? since they have like 3 ish billion inhabitants and a highly coordinated economy so
- Which country is the poorest (in 436 CE)
- yata: Its difficult to say but Kalmykia could be a good contender, considering they're a fairly isolationist, agrarian, and opposed to mainstream economics. Other ones i can think of could maybe be nations like one of the central african ones, yangoon, spisos, or sth
- theia: This is even harder considering many of them are small tiny countries owned by people that don't participate in lore to say how wealthy their countries are, but out of those With information nations like Lainupka, The United Communes of Altilai and Chatou (Maybe not anymore but at somepoint they kinda gave off those vibes) are probably valid candidates. Lainupka has only really been described to be a tiny feudalistic city state and the UCA is a wartorn mess that's been rationing for decades, but unlike the EAU that's been having similar issues they have no international backing so i'd say probably the UCA.
- skantos: No clue probably one of the tiny ones that haven't done anything .
- accord members: This one was a bit harder, since the larger ones obviously aren't poor and most of the smaller ones are more singapore-esque rich people havens, so i have 2 main candidates in mind; the Second Martian Republic or the Jovian Autonomous Government. The SMR has a small population, lacking relevancy, and several development issues while the JAG is just tiny overall in a couple of shielded settlements with the shadow of their former owners looming over them, so i'd say probably the JAG since i could imagine them not being funded as much to recover their stuff.
- The Alpha Sol system is nearly identical to the IRL solar system, with the exception of earth being named Yata and Theia being an ex-rogue planet that arrived, then what exactly is Narakam's deal? In the earlier days of space-related stuff being explored in the Yata universe there were 2 kinda conflicting interpretations, with both a fiery hellish planet which would become 'Narakam' (introduced in the early 70s) and the IRL planet of Mars (introduced in the 80s i think?) existing as a kind of 'fictional system' vs 'irl system' situation. Eventually both of these interpretations ended up merging with the Alpha Sol System including irl planets And fictional planets. Most of these fictional planets (with a few exceptions) were beyond the kuiper belt so didn't make much sense, so at some point in the 300s i think? alot of these far-away extra planets that weren't used for anything were moved to their own system (the Velara System) except for Narakam, since it had substantially more lore and had actual human activity on it (in it?) so moving it away would make previous lore not make sense.Oldest extrasolar civilisations with confirmed founding dates that still exist list wow!!,

- i did not put much thought into this i didnt feel like searching too long
- The Kintu Empire currently possesses the largest spacecraft models within the Milky Way Galaxy, with one notable model taking the form of up to 200 Kilometer long/wide disc-shaped vessels. (this is 2020 lore which is why it is a bit comical but they've been isolationist since the 100s so it doesnt affect much).
- "Gravity Sinkhole" weapons utilize gravity manipulation technology to amplify the gravitational pull of a point in space within range. This can be used to either attract smaller objects to this point, to gather them for easier targeting or use them offensively but its most common use case is the collapse of an enemy ship's structural integrity. Hereby it is important to note that a limitation of this technology is in its inability to create the mass equivalent of its projected gravitational force from energy. Instead it is dependent on the total mass of the object it is installed on/has a physical connection too, in a sense using it as a "counterweight". This is why the weaponization of such a technology becomes easier with increased ship size/mass. Another complexity of such systems is their ability to shrink the mass footprint they have to work with. Generally, the more refined such a system has become, the better it can condense its given mass equivalent to smaller areas.
- Narakam is smaller than Yata and Venus, but still considerably larger than Mars.
- Most of the Accord's void energy/matter is probably still extracted from Yata! this is because it has a comically large amount of the stuff. While ancient Theia may have been more advanced, because they had less of it they didn't manage to get that far outside of their homes before the cataclysm.
- nice
- The letter with the least number of pages on yata wiki starting with it is the letter X! :) (As of January 2025)
- Quantum entanglement does not work in an out of liminal spaces due to their physical principles being isolated from "realspace". If an entangled particle does enter such a liminal space, its entanglement is immediately destroyed. An exception to this pose spaces classified as "transitional" or "semi-transitional" due their special property of being able to exist within multiple physical dimensions at once. This exception however only applies if the transitional space coexists with the dimension that houses the other entangled particles.
- The current war colours template was first used in World War 2, which began in the year 67.
- Humanity first had 'first contact' with alien life in 71 AGS.
- The War Map colour scheme was originally Red and Blue instead of Red and Green, with the shift slowly happening overtime after beginning with the Celtic-Spinese War in december 2019 due to Green being a more distinct 'opposite' colour from Red.
- Bluestone.Bot has sent 114000 words worth of messages in the #character-lore discord channel.
- Despite being considerably smaller size-wise, the Yelnik Hivemind has a population that is 6.18x larger than that of the Yatan-Theian Accord (incl ALL members)

Bluestone's Trivia
- "HAWK" is not really the name of that AI as its designation of itself is in that arcane data protocol that it runs through. Hence "HAWK" is an acronym derived from translating it into concepts that fit into the english language that in its entirety, so the name being a type of bird of prey, also fitting nicely as a descriptor of its own. (What those individual words are, may be added here in the future but for now it'll be a little mystery.)
- Interestingly I had the idea of a HAWK long before joining YATA. So when I joined I just thought "Yeah, why not flesh that out in this setting.
- HAWK'* organizational structure is at the top organized into a network of "NODEs". However, since all of HAWK's names are always just translations of its own designations into english, this name, while being an actual term used in computer lingo, also serves as an acronym for describing what these NODEs actually are: Non-Ordinary Directive Executors. "Directives" hereby refers to HAWK's concept of the usual trope that an AI has certain principles or commands that are part of its core program.
- The Order of the Metal Mind (short OMM), or more accurately an OMM asset, introduced the concept of crypto-currency to Yata. Specifically the, still to this day main crypto-currency, "ByteCoin" (totally not inspired by something IRL). Ever since then they have used their advantage of literally knowing how that currency works down to its details to gradually create new wealth for themselves serving as one of their various ways of funding their operations. (Take as comparison to IRL, that would be like having the knowledge of how the equation needed for BitCoin looks like so you can solve for all possible answers without the trial and error.)
- All of my things in YATA are connected in some way together as I like to, apart from collaborations, mostly remain "self-sufficient" in a sense with my stories... And then there is the "Theutscher Staat", which I just made to have some kind of nation on the ground in Alpha-Sol, the hotspot of planetary nations. Its only connection I can think of is that it uses the goods and services of Aeternus (one of my companies) but seeing as that company is present almost everywhere in Human space that is not that impressive. Its name was created in the german language by combining the words "Theia"(the planet the country is on), "Deutsch"{German} and "Staat"{State} with its whole translating roughly to "Theian Germanic State"-(short TGS).,
- The german part of the nation's culture was mainly so I could use my native language to make fancy-sounding names.
- The Order of the Metal Mind uses some of its funding to stabilize Aeternus and it also ensures that the CEO of the group is a member of the Order. Due to this it is possible for the Order to use some of Aeternus' framework and services for its own purposes with it having a whole secret division in Aeternus, more part of the Order than the company, that assembles specialized space-craft, equipment, and other things for the Order.
- Due to the way they are interfaced with the technology they fused with, a "Nexus" of the Order of the Metal Mind is incapable of naturally sleeping, and dreaming for that matter. While their biological bodies (those being either their primarch or a simulacrum) and mind can still enter a sleep-like state to bridge longer periods of low use, the 'dreams' they then fall into are always lucid. This is because their entire minds are interconnect with the machine, with the region responsible for dreaming being reused as a way to render full simulations for the user. So even in 'sleep' a Nexus is always working on something, because being a Nexus is to work. Interestingly, because of this special way of interfacing with full simulations, a Nexus never experiences fatigue while in them, them being just 'dreams' after all. Another interesting side-effect of this exploitation is that Nexuses are never able to connect to the Oneirosphere, their 'dreams' instead being entirely artificial, created by the strange union of mind and machine.,
- If you want to know more about the capabilities of a Nexus, I recommend checking out this short-story of mine: ["A new Nexus."]
- HAWK craft usually tend to exhibit certain specializations, depending on the NODE they are assigned to, reflecting the purpose and operations that are usually conducted by their respective NODE. Due to the ability of HAWK craft to restructure themselves, whenever a HAWK craft undergoes a handoff from one NODE to another they usually change themselves to confine with the new NODE's doctrine. In that sense the following specializations exist.,
- <H> NODE craft have no high specialization into any kind of field, come however with a comparably low amount of autonomy, instead being directly overseen and controlled by the Core.,
- <A> NODE craft are not that common but usually have a higher degree of nanite assets with a slightly reduced core size.,
- <C> NODE craft usually employ a higher amount of sensor systems and focus on stealth technology as well as prolonged void jump capabilities.,
- <E> NODE craft usually are equipped with a much higher amount of weapon systems and independent computing units. In addition they also have a much higher amount of locally stored information such as ship blueprints and battle reports.,
- <F> NODE craft are not that common, as the <F> NODE primarily employs shell craft. HAWK craft under its control usually are equipped with less weapons, having a higher amount of assembly and refinery equipment as well as more construction nanites.,
- <M> NODE craft are compared to all other HAWK craft even more optimized for stealth operations. This is due to craft under <M> NODE control usually operating within other nations territories.,
- <O> NODE craft are not that common but usually have a higher amount of redundant computing units with an increased amount of precautions against malfunctions.
- Adding onto this list of specializations: HAWK Craft under the control of the <C> NODE can often be found equipped with experimental technologies due to this NODE's affinity with tinkering and research drawing like-minded MP's to its Domain. This can mean that such HAWK Craft can often have quite a distinction to the baseline models when it comes to their respective capabilities, either for better or worse.
- I derived the idea for the "Mentabolists" of the Order of the Metal Mind from the "Mentats" in the "Dune" universe, which are basically human computers, combining them with one of the concept of the "Bene Gesserit" from the same universe which can among other things control their exact metabolic functions. So combining "Mental" functions and "Metabolism" I derived the word "Mentabolist". In that sense "Mentabolists" have generally an enhanced control over their cognitive and metabolic functions, tapping into a deeper level of control over their entire bodies. The process of becoming a Mentabolist is derived from a variety of different cultural teachings regarding meditation techniques and other practices dealing with bodily improvement. These have been gathered over time by certain people of the Order who combined them into a somewhat rigid training program. Certain stimulants may also be involved.
- I got inspired into creating the "Mentabolists" after reading Adrian Tchaikovsky's book "Children of Ruin". (Remaining vague here to avoid spoilers) In it he, among other things, explores the idea of a species developing a more elaborate and functional sub-conscious that can work on more complex tasks in the background while the conscious mind is busy with other matters. This then led me to question if that could be applied to humans which then remined me of the "Mentats" from the Dune Universe. For more on that see the previous point.,
- The philosophy behind "Mentabolist" training already branched out early on into three distinct schools. The first of which, headed by the brainchild of the entire program "Elias Holton", is a more generic philosophy, less focused on a certain aspect. In that sense it is the most versatile teaching with ample room for individual tailoring and expression of a persons own special traits. Only a few people with niche, extraordinary talents end up as direct pupils of Holton. The second teaching, refined by "Saraka Tsuruki", is built around the focus on the mind. Consequently this school is mostly close to one of inspirations for the "Mentabolists", that being the "Mentats" from the "Dune" universe, with a closer focus on the development of one's cognitive or sensory skills, mainly related to data processing. Pupils under this school usually end up as Coordinators or Assets. The third school, taught under "Thomas Wächter", revolves around a focus on the body. It is highly intertwined with martial arts training and deals with the amplification and honed control of one's muscles and reflexes. Pupils under this school usually end up as Militants or Assets.,
- If you want to gain further insights into how a Mentabolist operates, I recommend checking out this story of mine: ["Whispers"]
- Usually the overseeing of other civilizations, and consequently also the task of creating and operating HAWK-affiliate organizations in them, is handled by the <M> NODE. The exceptions to this are generally "sentient construct" types of civilizations who fall under <H> NODE oversight and special affiliate organizations who might have a more closer relationship with HAWK such as the "Hybrid Enclave". In that sense "The Order of the Metal Mind" falls in the domain of the <M> NODE as it is a 'common' type of biological civilization, whereas operations concerning entities such as "post-ASNIR", the "CMC" as well as the "Kaiton Hegemony" civilization fall under the <H> NODE domain. In some cases there are also other exceptions such as operations related to the "Chords" being grouped under the <C> NODE, and the handling regarding the entirety of the native Halo AI network being part of the <A> NODE's domain.
- This a totally innocent fact with no further implication behind it.
- Back when I did the Trent-653087 incident, I was watching (or had watched, not sure) the "Chernobyl" series which is were I got the idea to use a controlled area of radiation as protection for the old type 1 HAWK craft that was encased in the asteroid. I then expanded on this with the BlackLink cubes stated to have similar capabilities for their protection.
- In HAWK's command hierarchy, a NODE's Domain, while being a virtual concept of classification, also manifest itself in an actual space of land the NODE's have at their disposal on the giant Matryoshka brain in "Sys-042", also known as the HAWK Core. In that sense the word "Domain" can also be interpreted in its definition as a area/territory under ones control. Management processes which are brought into a NODE's Domain also migrate to the processing units in said space which operate using the given NODE's architecture. While the management of the reconfiguration of said space is at the mercy of the <F> NODE as facilitating agent and the <H> NODE as general administrator of "Sys-042", they are entirely free in what components they chose to have constructed in their given Domain. Usually this mainly involves different computation facilities, from databanks to calculation hubs and the way they are arranged but there can also be found some odd specialties. For example, the <C> NODE's Domain has seen the addition of communication units that house QE transmitters which are directly linked to "Construct Installation 03", bypassing the normal communication chain through the HAWK Network. Another example is the <E> NODE's Domain which is home to a specially built physical simulation facility that can emulate a variety of different conditions, giving the <E> NODE the ability to test new protocols and modifications to different units directly on the Core in a non-virtual environment.
- Since the Core is basically the representation of HAWK's actual virtual "territory" this can kind of seen as different Lords of a country having parts of it, or of the capital, to their own to do with as they please, including using it for things which the Lords of a country might also be inclined to use it for.
- While the Nexus's of the "Order of the Metal Mind" do have transmitter chips from BlackLink's implanted in them, due to their closer connection to HAWK they do not suffer from the same delay in communication found in BlackLink cubes when talking to each other using their own transmitters. To a certain degree this lack of delay can also extend to normal BlackLink transmitters if a Nexus finds it necessary. Such exceptions can however not be given out light-heartily as they inflict a sort of pain/unpleasant feeling on the user while in effect to make sure this exemption from HAWK's normal BlackLink screening procedures is not overused.
- Nexus's of the "Order of the Metal Mind" are essentially just highly transformed cyborgs. While they can outsource a number of mental functions to external machines and have an expanded cognition, their mind is still operating on the brain of their original body, also referred to as their "Primarch". So while they are able to control other machines to a fully immersive degree, should their Primarch get destroyed they are no more. This is due to the delicate nature of what many refer to as an organisms "mind/spirit". While it is possible to create simulated copies of a Nexus's mind, the upload of an organism into an informational form, while maintaining said organism's corporeal identity, is extremely difficult to nigh impossible. It is due to this vital nature of a Nexus's Primarch that for operations which might need them to be present in person, they are often employing remotely operated drones that they can "inhabit" as if they were their own body. While theoretically possible for a Nexus to take control of a human-created Android, they usually favor bodies of their own making. These "vessels" are created in only the highest secured Order facilities, often overseen directly by a Nexus, and can be classified into two types. | The first type are "Avatars", entirely mechanical bodies created using highly advanced nanite technology provided by the Metal Mind, often referred to as the "Blood of the Mind". They are the most common alternative body for a Nexus. Though they can take a variety of different shapes, they often end up following the familiar humanoid framework and can even take on the appearance of biological bodies. | A vessel of the second type is referred to as a "Simulacrum". These are biologically bodies, often created using growth vats, that have been equipped with only the minimal necessary equipment to serve as a Nexus vessel. Simulacrums are often employed when a Nexus is required to attend work where they are exposed to outsider inspections.
- b) This is not to say that uploading a Nexus's mind/being into a machine form is not possible, just that it is not commonly done due to its complexity. However, should a Nexus's Primarch get destroyed it is likely that said Nexus's Mind will undergo a transfer.
- The "Self-sufficient void energy siphons", while being a more impactful technology, are not the first or last thing that HAWK's <H> NODE has barred from full network integration. Ever since an incident in the year 419, HAWK's <H> NODE has curated what technological developments by the <C> NODE are uploaded into the network and could consequently be used by other NODE's.
- HAWK Craft are by their design physically incapable of damaging the "Core", with multiple redundant failsafes embedded in their systems. This also includes apoptosis codes bound to physical mechanisms that can be sent to a HAWK Craft to inititate a self-destruct. While the later can be avoided by a Craft simply ridding itself of its quantum entanglement connection to the Core and generally refusing to pick up communications, the former would require intensive and careful reworking of the vessel to spot and remove all the inhibition procedures. This is to protect the "Core" from unwanted mishaps conducted by potential gone-rogue processes in control of such Crafts as it is the definitive "Brain" of HAWK. In a sense it is similar to the behaviour between immune cells and neurological cells.
- b) This however also means that HAWK Craft are incapable of interfering with operations on the "Core", even those of malicious nature. It is therefor up the "Core"'s own specialised complement of maintenace drones and cyber-warfare procedures to get rid of potential virtual dangers.
- Fun fact about SCION ("post-ASNIR", check out its story). When I finally wanted to give it a name my thought process went like this.:,
- "Alright lets see how we can make a good acronym since post-ASNIR is mainly used to these being used to name a systems like it... Perhaps it could use the 'Sapient Construct' term as part of its name calling back to it hearing it used by what has then become essentially its role model.
- Hm... so maybe Sapient Construct Intelligence... no... thats just overdoing it. Perhaps Self Constructed Intelligence in reference to it being remade. Ok, SCI ..."
- "Hey doesnt Stellaris have like an origin called 'Scion' that has you start as a protectorate under a fallen empire. That could be a nice reference since HAWK helped to become what it is."
- "Then for the O i can use something like [name of the <O> NODE] since its new adaptation is tailored towards cyber defense which is in the sense of that NODE's function. Could also work because it watches over a civilisation under it. And then the N is just Network because that is what it is in a way.
- "SCION is a pretty cool name and also functional acronym. Alright." (Finishes "Machine under threat.")
- "Hm I wonder what that word actually means." (Looks up Scion on the web.)
- "What the... It literally means a wealthy child or bud/sprout of a tree thats still living. Just like post-ASNIR who was cut out of ASNIR to then thrive on its own. This name fits perfect in every single way. Thank you sub-concious for giving me dope inspirations."
- SCION operates on the basis of "operation compartments" which resemble its smaller sub-processes. These can either have a state of basic or elevated operations. While basic operations are more comparable to a system like ASNIR, elevated operations can act more independently and also instruct other compartments in a limited manner. The 64 operation compartments that were initially created can hereby be defined into certain groups based on their number.
- 1-10: Key operations, mimicking the functions that were previously handled through the "main-cycle" protocol in the following configuration.
- 1: Watching over internal network integrity.,
- 2: Watching over all planetary matters.,
- 3: Watching over all extraplanetary matters.,
- 4: Watching over all matters regarding objects of extra-system origins.,
- 5: Watching over all compartments from 11 to 20.,
- 6: Watching over all matters regarding the "primary operations facility".,
- 7: Watching over internal network synchronization.,
- 8: (wip),
- 9: (wip),
- 10: (wip),
- 11-20: Important operations with high priority. (main tasks, long-term operations)
- 21-30: Pool of kept-free compartments at the disposal of [SCION] for facilitating immediate actions. (main tasks, short-term operations)
- 31-64: Various operations of lower priority.
- Since SCION has thus far not developed FTL technology its network is pretty decentralized with however a few main operation centers to which all actions synchronize to ever so often. Another aspect this lack of an FTL drive has affected is its ability to move units, resulting in it having slowly become extremely efficient in setting up and maintaining localized production chains that can recover out of their own accords. Essentially, its lack of a fast transport option has led it to favor efficient and quick assembly processes and streamlined designs to quickly recover lost units through production, maintaining a total fleet of units of a size usually not found in 1 system civilizations with FTL technology.,
- Fun fact. I have thus far already used the names of all NODEs in some form, usually as a verb, somewhere in my lore entries, so only counting lore channels and their threads. NODE names listed in order of appearance:,
- <H> (honestly pretty straight-forward but perhaps confusing);
- <C> (look at wiki entry on it for hint.);
- <M>;
- <A>;
- <O> (shares name with something else of similar functions);
- <E> (interestingly only ever used once);
- <F> (interestingly only one use in lore channels but some other uses outside predating lore use);
- HAWK's wiki page also has all their names in some form.
- While all of HAWK's bases and outposts have the ability to largely repair HAWK Craft and manufacture ammunition for them, there are only a few locations where HAWK Craft can be created in their entirety. The first and primary of these locations is in the large assembly superinstallation that is the "Machina" system. Other than that, HAWK possesses two clusters of systems that it uses as outlying assembly locations for these more complicated components. These are clusters of star systems, heavily guarded by HAWK Craft and other defensive installations, that house an abundance of refinery, manufacturing, assembly and fabrication installations. Another of these assembly locations has also been set up in the "Dagda" Galaxy in the efforts to grant that galaxy a certain autonomy in operations. The last these locations only exists in theoretical form as part of the highly secured and encrypted knowledge stored on "Construct-Installation-03" which would, in an emergency, allow the controlling NODE of this Installation to bootstrap such a "Machina Constructum" from more rudimentary manufacturing installations. However, should a HAWK Craft ever not be able to be repaired via normal means and would require repair by these installations, usually due to extensive damage to its core, it has already reached a state where it is usually scrapped and recycled for materials.

Hakced's Trivia
- Me and Peter only came up with the idea of The Confederacy slowly unifying yata in december after the Yetia-Eurasia War, as i originally only intended for Eurasia to expand into new territories with a still independent Yetia (without the balkans) and Turkestan (without northern kazakhstan). But peter suggested making both just, entirely join the confederacy, which was an interesting approach for me so i went along with it and then the whole "what if the entire world" came afterwards.
- This is also why the confederacy has changed a lot over time to be a more morally 'neutral' thing since it was originally wholesome 100 union of russian ethnic minorities. and having a big wholesome 100 world government that cares and doesn't impact its citizens is BORING!!!! which is why i've made it be kinda flawed with the 3 letter orgs and corporations having alot of influence
- Despite this, the concept of "unifism" (Name for Confederacy's foreign policy of bringing unity) was actually first considered in Yata in the 90s (early 2020?). Though nothing was ever done with this.
- While the more fitting term would technically be 'Robot' or sth like it, i tend to use the word 'Android' to refer to all 'mechanical' beings. while yes "Android" is specifically defined as a robot with human characteristics, i just irrationally dislike the word 'robot' for no discernable reason so i dont use it
- With more 'intergalactic' extrasolar stuff i tend to treat the Accord as a fairly generic middle power geopolitically on purpose. I don't really like the common "trope" in sci-fi universes that humanity is this big important cool badass species thats involved with everything, so i try to keep them on the same level geopolitically as their neighbours, most of whom are their rough equals.
- While yes, i do 'control' the most countries, like a good fourth or third of them were originally other people's countries that i was given control over (by them) when they became inactive. (examples include stuff like Abard, Erbuja, Sizzle, etc)
- To clarify regarding the Collective/Sizhou "arc", Only like ~1% of Sizhou is part of The Collective (at least as of when im writing this). People who have proven their worth or effectiveness in society are being granted the opportunity to 'be collectivised' now that the entire government has been (as was illuded to in the 'government officials are acting strange but bureaucracy is gone' things i mentioned about it. The common people are not currently being offered to join The Collective, nor do they know that it exists or is ruling the country
- "Sizhou" as a term is not meant to be new or different from "Sizzle", it's still pronounced roughly the same way but over the past while i occasionally noticed Sizzle is a very unserious sounding name (im psure oither people than me pointed it out at somepoint in late 2023? dont remember) so after confederacy i kinda remade the name to sound more like an actual country, but they're intended to be the same entity
- Prior to assigning the plotline to Sizhou, the i also considered having current Labour Collective stuff instead be for Lineland/Siberia or Valats, before eventually settling on it being Sizhou.
- The Nattosians looked vaguely like hippos according to what i was thinking when writing that event ab them.
- While the early Yetian Confederation was largely anarchistic and socialistic, it still had private corporations (as long as the workers don't vote to collectivize the company they work for)
- The later era of the Confederation turned them into more of a mixed economy where private enterprises do exist but with very protected worker's rights and nationalised key industries
- The Varinn Confederacy, an ancient civilisation located to the galactic north, was inspired by me having a weird nightmare with aliens in it the night before i made it. I still roughly remember what they were like but i haven't exactly made alot of use of them yet to show this off so no spoilers yet...
- Heres some Yelnik Hivemind trivia: so they're a hiveminded insectoid (kinda look like if you combined an ant and a praying mantis?) species native to kieln'yan. They dont really have a big species-wide hivemind and instead either have a big planetary hivemind or localised smaller ones depending on how easily theyre able to communicate. Kieln'yan has a bunch of hives and their colonies tend to have a single planetary hivemind. If a group of Yelniks is isolated from other groups they form their own local hivemind that operates independently (This could theoretically allow groups of yelniks to intentionally isolate themselves and become their own hive, could work for a OMM-esque hive?). All of the hives do regardless 'communicate' with one another even if they arent merged, making each hive essentially an individual which can talk with the other ones. Non-Yelniks can also end up being merged into a hive if they stick around a group of Yelniks (that dont have a anti-hive implant or something, those would probably exist for yelniks that go do diplomacy or move to other civilisations) for an extended period of time. Unlike most el generico sci-fi insectoid species they don't have queens or castes and reproduce asexually with each of them being equal with one another in their hives

- The 'Theian Federation' could have instead been named the 'Union of Theia' or the 'United States of Theia', as these 3 were the names i was considering until i settled with the Federation.
- The Yatan Commonwealth didn't really have a similar process, i pretty much immediately thought 'yeah commonwealth is a fitting term' since they're socialist but like not really communist and a full (council, not liberal) democracy
- essentially the way both of them were set up is to make them clearly very ideologically distinct from one another (for drama) without making either of them be blatantly worse than the other so there's some depth
- The Taros Cluster was originally going to be in the deep core, which is why i put the elder overseers there since i did that before i changed my mind on where to put it.
- So the 4 main galfed species and the 12 twelve-suns species are all humanoid, descended from the Sollurians, yes. then what about terzan-2!!! it hs like at least 7 species of which most are Amorphoids rather than humanoids. well what are amorphoid? so essentially amorphoids are intended to be 'truly' alien-looking species without a very easily categorisable earth counterpart. examples include the limoans of the taros cluster that are big glob things and the Nebularians of nebiula which are brain thing with prehensile tentacles. tho i also kinda imagine one of the Terzaners being insectoid and at least 1 of them being hiveminded hmmmmmmmmmm
- While the Yatan-Theian Accord does have its own joint internet with each planet connected to it, due to distance and intracom not being instant livestreaming or other similar things is typically limited to specific systems due to lag and delay when it comes to 'posting' things visible beyond ones own home-system.
- this would probably be true for basically any civilisation that has an internet
- Yata Com vs Theia Fed economic systems:,
- Theia was basically just modern european-style capitalist with some regulations and a universal basic income. companies can basically do whatever (as in not much state control into their individual actions) as long as it isn't illegal or immorral. It isnt laizzes-faire by any means they do have some state-owned stuff and don't like monopolies but they're still a lot more capitalistic than the commonwealth. tldr basically capitalism with a welfare state
- The Yatan Commonwealth is largely socialist that supports collectively owned businesses (ie no ceo or central single authority instead they usually do democracy and whatnot) and the govt nationalises stuff it goes like 'huh that's important'. there are still non-socialized companies and they can do stuff as long as they respect worker rights, the commonwealth lets them do their thing because their logic is 'would you rather work in a company where a guy tells u how do or you and the other employees together decide how do' so they think they aren't a problem unless they become too powerful (ie become a monopoly over a industry or sth), managing this by delegating many government functions to more local authorities. tldr basically market socialism but with planning
- actually heres all of the my accord members economic systems
- the Bejrik Order is fairly similar to the Yatan Commonwealth in the way that it has a socialized economy (without central planning they just kinda made them like that) where ppl who do the work together decide how shit is done but unlike the YataCom they dont really have any (only like a few) domestic private entities because deciding as a group is a cultural thing. also because of this they dont have much of an opposition towards private entities unlike the yatacom except if they think they're doing bad things then they try to limit them
- The Jovian Autonomous Government is largely a mixed economy, alot of its economy consists of state-owned industries but it also has capitalism with not that many restrictions
- The Narakamian Confederation is capitalist, having little to no state-owned industries or significant regulations beyond "dont be a dick (with more words)". Their economy is largely dominated by massive domestic conglomerates that use Narakam's natural wealth to do basically whatever and buyout government favour, weaponising narakam's more closed-off culture to make non-domestic competitors from arising by going 'hey the kharanda these Outsiders are stealing our very dear Narakamian worker!!! please say no to grants'
- The Second Martian Republic has a mixed economy with a lot of state-owned stuff but also fairly free capitalism
- The Technate of Altair is probably the purest form of socialism out of any accord member since all of its companies are democratically-ish worker cooperatives that run under central planning by its government. Foreign companies can still get somewhat involved but its hard to directly run stuff so most business would be between Altairan coopertives and foreign businesses rather than foreign businesses and the Altairan public .
- The Tolimani Union does regulated capitalism with welfare idk i dont think ive ever thought about what they do tbh
- The Union of Accord Colonies is broadly capitalist with a welfare state and UBI, though it also has a fairly strong tradition of workers rights
- The Republic of Venus runs under laizzes-faire capitalism with minimal government intervention beyond what is necessary for societal cohesion. Unlike Narakam it doesnt really have massive conglomerates shoving competition around its more of a free for all. when they joined the theiafed they were forced to stop doing this
- The Yatan-Theian Accord itself doesn't really have an economic system because its not really its job to do economic policy the member-states do that, most of the ppl who live in directly accord run things are either government workers or just want to live there so it tends to provide services and goods to those ppl, but it also does like business and invests in stuff for economic growth. tho how much it likes investing kinda depends on whose in charge half of the representatives are like yay investing (corporate faction ie the interventionist one)!! and the other half are like we should be equal stop (social welfarist faction ie wars bad one)!!!
- Terzan-2 weaponry mainly consists of cognitohazard beam thing they use against organics and specialized emp/nanotech weaponry used against android/mechanical stuff (which they have bcos their most populous species are cyborgs-ish) if i'm remembering correctly
- Acronym of the Yatan Commonwealth would be YCL if that's ever sth that someone needs to do
- I almost named the 'Anemoi Network' with the name 'Zephyr Network' instead when i was making it
- The main difference between how the Theian Federation and Yatan Commonwealth run interstellar colonies is that Yata itself is divided into large sub-regions which also run colonies that fall under the same cultural/linguistic group as them, so for example the 'Yetian Cooperative' runs western Europe and the spanish-populated planet of Weisman. The Theian Federation doesn't have big regional unions of member republics, instead only having a larger planetary union with all colonies operating under their own planetary unions.
- Both Yata and Theia are democracies they're just a bit different in how they run them, Theia is a typical western representative democracy and Yata is a council democracy thats more based around local politics and a hierarchy of delegates.
- Essentially the dynamic with the Yatan-Theian War is that Yata is 'quantity' and Theia is 'quality' (theian weapons, tech, and ships are better, but Yata has alot more of 'ok' variants)
- the Yatan-Theian Federation initially started off as a european-style parliamentary democracy until the 476 uprising, which allowed the in-power government to exert itself more after crushing the revolt to the point of implementing much more ideological and somewhat more authoritarian reforms. Now it exists as more of a technocracy overseeing a federal democracy, as all the republics and unions (well except SAR Yosemia) have retained their democracies and now elect representatives on their own terms to the parliament instead of there being a more equal relationship. it's still basically a democracy but not really as much as it was before as the central government has significantly more power than it used to to do what it deems to be most efficient,
- This wasn't planned beforehand. I felt like the YTF didnt really have much of a identity due to it being a fairly generic wholesom 100 united human democracy scenario without the drawbacks of The Confederacy so i went hmm well there's 2 technocratic parties of varying outlooks i could make them team up in order to achieve something!!. I wasn't sure if i would have the individualists or technocrats win the uprising/election or not, but i decided that if i wanted them to be a large and powerful interstellar government turning into a individualistic and more decentralized regime probably wouldn't be a very good idea, so i went with the much more centralized and heavy-handed Technocrats.
- All of the pan-human governments have a theme describing a flaw about them and their ideals, none of them are meant to be perfect. The Confederacy's flaw was its willingness to privatize anything if they deemed it beneficial and the dominance the intellgence agencies has over its government and plans. The Commonwealth's flaw was its factionalism and overly ideological worldview, either delving way too far into pragmatism at the cost of its values or pushing its ideology to the detriment of itself (what led to the war). The Yatan-Theian Federation before the 376 uprising was held back by its 'holier than thou' complex derived from its moderate and compramise-based ruling system. post-uprising YTF's flaw is its entrenched bureaucracy, capability of controlling its populace significantly if it desired (the department of political affairs isnt exactly democratic and the department of finance's hold over economic ventures isnt exactly a free market), and collaboration with shadowy scientific institutes thru the DSR. (if the libertists won they would've also had equal, but different, flaws. i don't like settings with perfect idyllic agreeable rulers that's boring and unrealistic)
