Blue Dreams is a Liminal Sub-Space within the Backrooms System that takes the form of a dark, flooded, and cold cavern. The cavern itself is constructed around of a strange material that constantly emits weeping noises and secretes human tears. The liminal space is fairly cold, with a temperature of roughly -5, despite this the water flooding the cavern does not freeze for an unknown reason. Small pools of water and waterfalls are generally safe to drink from, though larger "lakes" are very acidic.

The cavern has several artificial and natural structures. Natural structures include the likes of upside-down seas on the roof of the cavern, vast waterfalls, and rough terrain. Artificial structures include the likes of a large upside-down temple, itself containing a smaller temple inside of it with a staircase that leads there.

  • An entrance to Blue Dreams can be found in a majority of the "landmarks" within The Sewer.
  • You can find an entrance to here at the very bottom of The Space Ocean.

  • Falling into some holes in the ground leads to Crush Depth.
  • You can find a hidden entrance to The Space Ocean among the jagged terrain of this sub-space.
  • Noclipping at a platform at the top of the tallest waterfall sends you to Your Room.
