Knowledge Gatherers are a species of gentle fox-like spirits known for collecting knowledge and books across the Backrooms System, eventually delivering this knowledge to the Library of Wan Shi Tong in order to expand it. They follow the commands of anyone who brings knowledge to them, and are thus held at a fairly high regard due to their cooperative nature.
