The Gargantuans is a Liminal Sub-Space within the Backrooms System that takes an unusual form of two massive hundred-meter tall creatures engaging each other in a violent battle within a dark void which has been going on ever since the sub-space was first discovered. Due to their presence and rapid movements this sub-space is considered one of the deadliest and most difficult places within the entire Backrooms to survive in long-term, making escape one's main priority if they are to end up here.

Demographics

Due to the Gargantuans' extremely unstable and rapidly changing topography which often can kill people has lead to the sub-space only having a population of roughly 0-3 transitory visitors at any given time as of 439, with the establishment of any long-term colonies or outposts being deemed largely impossible.

Entrances

  • If you go down the wrong paths in the Damp Hallway you can end up here.
  • You can find a hidden entrance behind a spiderweb in the Disparity.
  • You can find an unusual black bed in one of the rooms in the Crew Quarters of the Goliath which if slept in will send you here.

Exits

  • You can climb up the 'tongue' of one of the creatures and noclip into it to be sent to The Fountain of Death.
  • If you manage to climb down the creatures you can find a small grass-covered "island" which if noclipped into will send you to Timeline Island.
