The Construct is a Liminal Sub-Space within the Backrooms System that takes the form of a small urban environment containing a couple buildings and various underground structures within a walled area. The 3 most notable structures are a group of apartment complexes situated across the walled area, which additionally houses some additional shelters and a large pond. The most notable structure is the larger of the 2 shelters, as it leads down towards a vast basement complex home to various storage rooms, hallways, and some unusual rooms without an apparent reason or purpose.

Demographics

Due to its fairly habitable nature and available housing the Construct has a population of roughly 18-25 permanent inhabitants and transitory visitors at any given time as of 445, of which most reside within the Backrooms Military Administration's "Station Construct" settlement found within one of the apartment buildings.

  • Noclipping into a wall of bricks atop a steep include in a flooded area of The Cave will send you here.

  • A ladder in the basement leads to the Basalt Cavern.
  • Noclipping in a specific room in the basement will send you to the Isles of Blood.
