As Nihilantis approached close enough to begin illuminating the night and after years of preparatioons, the YNF made its presence known to Humanity after puppeteering Antarctica for over a decade, publishing a ultimatum to every nation of Yata and Theia demanding that they either submit and integrate into the YNF or they would be destroyed by their spacefleet. The YNF decided to prove it was capable of doing this by firing an Anlace's beam onto Yetia, destroying over half of the country in an instant. Countries began freaking out while Tritonia and Asophania announced their surrender, leading to Cotunauinia, Apothelis, Floria, and many others also surrendering. Sipedro briefly surrendered before learning the YNF outlawed weed, while Italy actually surrendered. The UN tried to calm this situation, telling the world to get stolen YNF plans from Switzerland. A huge chunk of land in Velodoland was suddenly obliterated while high energy readings were reported in the Asolab, which was followed by it being revealed that a majority of the people that lived in surrendered countries had evacuated to Theia. The UN began preparing to scrounge up whatever ships it could to fight the threat.

Floria decided to get the plans from Switzerland, managing to gather information that revealed that all the Anlace-Class Superweapons were remotely controlled by one big control centre aboard a Courier-Class Battleship, leading to the UN realising that if it were destroyed all the YNF's other weapons could get shut down. Floria decided to deliver the plans to the exiled people on Theia, with YNF Tritonia secretly using Teleportation to warp them over to Gensokyo where the plans were delivered by Floria into safety, which was followed by Gensokyo's barrier being sealed shut. Asophania and Tritonia began gathering a fleet capable of standing up to the YNF by refitting and preparing ships from the Iujadogian-Yatan War to fight the YNF, who had begun stationing ships in Theia's orbit as well after destroying and occupying all organized settlements on Corecent. Q'nar tried to resist the ships by firing its Lasers and cannons up at them when they flew above, leading to the YNF bombing them to the ground with Anlaces, forcing its people to flee to Gensokyo as well, soon to be followed by the Bejriks. Asophania planned on fighting for control over the Polar Gravitational Array so that the YNF could not use it for whatever they had in mind.
After some time setting up, the YNF began its attack on Yata by invading the states of Antartica, which was very easy as Asophania was largely deserted and Pandaland barely had an army. Piggy island yelled that it would surrender if it was given eggs, prompting the YNF to blast it with an Anlace out of annoyance. While the UN scrambled to find a way to destroy the control ship, the YNF went wild as it conquered Floria, Islandia, Itachia, and then the entirety of South America (except Argentina). Luxuria suggested contacting an alien species for help while Asophania kept tracking Doluro, noting that it was about to cross the Asteroid Belt. Luxuria's attempt to contact aliens failed as whoever they tried to contact claimed to have lost all respect for them and thus didn't want to be spoken to. While South America was being invaded, Itachia and Brazil were struck by Anlace blasts as the YNF pushed deeper and deeper, disregarding any offers of mercy in return for material possessions. The YNF next invaded North America, enacting the Trophia Pact as Petoria joined the fight. Spisos yelled about how it though the 'Evil Witch Luxuria' had spacecrafts, prompting the UN to realise that Spisos had said something sensible for once, prompting it to ask if Luxuria had any, to which Luxuria explained that there might be some in former Luxurian Africa. While the people at Gensokyo assembled their fleets to bring the fight to the YNF, the YNF decided to use Sipedro as a 'testing ground' for the next of its weapons, firing down a green beam from one of its vessels which drained peoples energy, causing them to become lethargic and unable to fight back. Countries across Yata and Theia began evacuating into Gensokyo as the YNF continued their conquest, soon taking all of North America. Luxuria managed to find 1 ship in Africa by now, which coincided with the YNF beginning an invasion of the country while Asophania silently hoped that the YNF would be able to stop Doluro, which was now predicted to have a 80% chance of colliding with Yata or Kanashi. The YNF did indeed take notice of Doluro, but kept invading Luxuria anyway, explaining that its primary motive was revenge over its previous defeats so it may unify humanity. Conquering Yata appeared to be taking too long, so the YNF ordered all Anlaaces to fire as countries were blown up left and right, with more powerful states like Uganda being pacified by the same device that was tested on Sipedro.

With all of Yata now under YNF occupation, Asophania used the Pocket Dimension Device to skip thru from Gensokyo back to Yata where it used the Laser Tower Array to unleash a series of blasts towards Doluro, managing to just barely slow it down enough so that it got caught in Alpha Sol's orbit instead of smashing into Yata. Once the Bejrik Order recolonized its former homeworld of Doluro, it, Q'nar, and the United Nations turned their eyes on the YNF as the time to destroy the YNF Fleet was here. The fleet standing against tyranny ambushed the YNF fleet, damaging the Courier-class' engines as it was caught off guard. The swarming Anlaces quickly outnumbered the UN, only for the Bejriks to call in Mei'ra from Yata's surface to fire a Laser Tower from behind, taking down 2 Anlaces and further damaging the Courier. A Bejrik boarding craft landed in a torn open section of the Courier's hull, allowing Tritonian+Bejrik forces to get onboard and attempt to seize control over the ship. The infiltrators rushed for the ships' engines, disabling their shields which allowed UN fighters to take them out from outside while the infiltrators escaped. The engines were critically damaged by this attack, forcing the ship's Core to detach and attempt to flee to preserve the Anlace Network, leading to it hiding within a shield generated by 3 Anlaces. Fighting broke out between the UN ship and the remaining Anlaces, which gave the UN a opening to send forth a single ship past the fighting to the shield, destroying 2 of the anlaces maintaining the shield which allowed the Core to be destroyed. The Anlaces quickly became disorganized as they were no longer 'synchronized' under a single command, allowing the UN to destroy all which didn't flee back down to Yata's surface.

The Bejriks and Asophania considered where to attack since they figured that Antarctica was the most fortified, which was followed by Alyphia suddenly revealing that it exists and wasn't conquered, allowing its tunnel access to Scandimar to act as a way to invade. Scandimar was quickly liberated by the UN, prompting the YNF to initiate 'Operation 549-B', officially unifying all institutions within occupied territories with that of the YNF and Petoria who were unified into the Empire of Trophia. Time suddenly stopped for all except Alyphia as Nihilantis crossed the Asteroid Belt. Nihilantis inched closer and closer until it seemed to collide with Yata. Alyphia awooke in an empty void before it encountered the personification of 'Nihilantis' inside, who showed them the integer that Castrovalence was currently on, telling them of how it once wreaked havoc by being too high, and was now at risk of doing the same again. 'Nihilantis' claimed it could not help, but only had one piece of advice; "Don't give them what they want" before vanishing, leading to Alyphia breaking down as a mess of Iujado-.like colours flashed before Nihilantis' impact was seemingly undone. Red lights shined down upon Alyphia, with some disembodied force proclaiming that the situation has been deemed severe enough to merit an intervention to save the integrity of this dimension, so they gave Alyphia a device with powers similar to that of The Girl so that they may help win the war. Time un-freezed and Nihilantis warped back to the Oort Cloud at FTL speeds.

Alyphia ripped open a portal from Gensokyo to Scandimar, allowing tens of millions of soldiers to march forward and begin reclaiming Europe. A revolt broke out in the occupied Switzerland, leading to it gaining the freedom needed to expose more YNF plans it had intercepted, revealing that they knew the location of the main control centre for the enemy War Androids, which made up a vast majority of Trophia's army. Alyphia used the device it got from Nihilantis to rip open a portal to the control tower, where the device was also used offensively to bring in barriers and deal with enemies, while the YNF didn't expect them to ever get close enough to the tower that using their weapons could lead to the facility being damaged. The facility soon fell to the Alyphians, revealing a number of levers: "Operation-392" which was active, "Contingency-Plan-942" which was offline, "Emergency-Protocol-239" whose status was left unclear. Alyphia deactivated 392, turning it yellow as it was set to 'Idle' status as at least one lever must be active at a time to fully shut one down. Alyphia turned 392 back on before realising if it was idle the Androids would be rendered inactive regardless, so it set 392 on idle, 942 to online, and 392 to offline. A confirmation message came up, which Alyphia decided to approve, leading to a purple text listing out how self-preservation programming was installed, intelligence drives were boosted, and disconnection from both central command and orders were installed. Alyphia panicked as 'Sentience Protocols' were activated, leading to a gradual boot up leading up to 942 being completed as all Androids were severed from central command and granted their own autonomy. Alyphia went to cancel this action by manipulating reality via Nihilantis before it realised that this had made the Androids remain active but stop obeying the YNF's orders, leading to reality being damaged as Alyphia stalled on confirming this 'rollback'. Nihilantis grew angry as it thought Alyphia failed its task at being a responsible proxy, leading to Nihilantis killing Alyphia before shooting out of the Alpha Sol System.
The fight for Yata continued as revolts broke out throughout the alps as the Second Republic of Burgundy, Second Republic of Liechtenstein, Republic of South Tyrol, Republic of Lombardy, Republic of Saarland (briefly), Republic of Savoy, Second Republic of Luxembourg, Second Republic of Bavaria, Republic of Lorraine, and Second Republic of Austria broke free from Trophian rule, though many of these statelets would begin consolidating. Asophania got to work liberating Antarctica, managing to wipe out the now largely defenceless continent. The battle for Europe continued as the UN forces spread out rapidly as revolts broke out wherever they marched. Trophia quickly began to collapse in on itself as its small human army was rendered quite incapable of defending an entire planet, allowing the UN to quickly liberate Yata. Alyphia had vanished after it died, leading to it merging with Asophania to become Asolyphia. Asolyphia heard strange beeping in Asolab's Sector O, leading to them finding a computer still connected to the YNF's network which was communicating with 'YNF Site 38', to which it was broadcasting 'Remote-Access_Code-239Bd9Aq'. This facility was opened via a massive vault door which lead to a long hallway with the words 'Project Doomsday' written on the walls. Asolyphia went deeper which lead them to a control room with levels and a signal receiver, with each of these levers controlling their own weapon. The signal from Asolab was received, which was followed by 'Override-code-2959BKD' granting access to 'YNF-MAIN-CONTROL-CENTRE' which illuminated a digital map. A Camera system questioned what the Asolyphian's purpose here was, prompting them to lie and say they were monitoring for intruders and explaining why after being questioned about this. Asolyphia explained that the UN found out how to intercept encoded signals, which the person behind the camera seemed to believe as they decided to scan Asolyphia to make sure they weren't wiretapped, leading to Asolyphia using an EMP to avoid scans. This obviously alerted the camera-man, so he ordered Asolyphia to partake in 'Order 54' which they were completely unaware of, prompting them to surrender all weapons before a robotic arm made them stay inside as the order was explained to be a order to commit suicide, which the person did as they were neurally linked to a central computer in the Asolab which allowed their consciousness to survive. Asolyphia then sent two people in YNF uniforms to the facility where they discussed with the camera man about Project Doomsday and how vital this facility was, leading to them being told to leave only to be interrupted and told to scan their fingertips, which went wrong as their chips failed to detect, leading to them briefly distracting the camera man before they were shot by 2 other Alyphians from behind, giving Alyphia all it needed to raise a shield to slow Project Doomsday, prompting Site 38 to put the Project on standby as any further input would activate it.

The YNF was shocked it lost, yet it was not over as it decided to take out everyone else with it as a robotic arm activated Project Doomsday despite Asolyphia rushing to try to stop it, kicking Castrovalence to 1 as a YNF Core Ship rose out of Antarctica, unleashing countless Anlaces around the world, prompting several countries who had the capability to evacuate people onto ships as blasts rang out across Yata while combat-ships tried to shoot down the Core Ship, forcing it to flee to Corecent before it was chsed there as well as it got damaged. The UN found a targeting system the YNF had built into Corecent which it could use, firing a blast onto the Core ship. Time froze once more as Nihilantis revealed itself as Castrovalence remained at 1, leading to a strange black hole briefly manifesting in the Alpha Sol System and unleashing a ray of pink onto Yata which spread outwards as the words 'Removing Anomalies' rung out. Asolyphia was taken back to when the Asolab was first built as the YARS Facility, which was followed by them noticing they had the Tear Device in their hand. They considered going to a dimension where the YNF never existed, but realised that the butterfly effect would be too intense. Asolyphia looked in a dimension where the Fall of Asophania never happened, and wished to merge it with the main timeline so that Alyphia would live and the YNF would have been defeated in Project Doomsday. The pocket dimension began closing around Asophania, leading to them to panic as while Alyphia was resurrected, they were not. The Core Ship blew up thanks to the efforts of Alyphia, Tritonia, and Denasola[1], leading to the final YNF holdout in Greenland issuing its self destruction protocol as the YNF was finally wiped out. All countries that were occupied during the war were restored and Denasola reclaimed YNF Antarctica. Asophania never existed and it was always Denasola, as to end the YNF Asophania merged a dimension where it was chosen for the responsibility by Nihilantis instead of Alyphia, leading to it being erased from existence as it merged the dimensions.
