After being released from stone during the Discord Crisis, Big Chungus' first action was to organize an army and invade the recently formed nation of Pandaland, quickly seizing control over all of its territories. After seizing control over the territory, Big Chungus proclaimed the formation of the 'Empire of Dzungia', which was soon reorganized into the Empire of Chungusland. The ruler of Pandaland, Lulu the Panda, was broken out of prison by Asophanian operatives and relocated to the ruins of South City where Pandaland was restored, soon leading to many Pandas from Peterland migrating there due to their eugenics policies.
