With World War 11 over, Asophania brought up concerns about how they had heard nothing of the Red Leader and how all attempts to contact the Universal Council failed with no response despite no more Nihilantis remnants posing a necessary threat to disrupt said contact. During a scan caused by these concerns, Asophania realised that the core of Yata was paradoxically overcharged with a unprecedented amount of Void Energy as up to 90% of the outer core was now composed of Void Energy. It was soon found out that there was no evidence of even the Biomass Crimson existing, leading them to realise they were in an entirely different dimension known as Timeline-003 where Nihilantis didn't exist, meaning that Red Leader's influence would slowly corrupt the planet. Asophania's fears were soon proven correct as time began accelerating and people began feeling ill. Sothro took inspiration from the documents uncovered during the Fall of Asophania, proposing an evacuation of Yata to Theia and then sending Theia thru Psuedospace fast enough so that it would return to a safe dimension. Void Energy began leaking onto the surface as mass evacuations began in Prospero from Yata to Theia while Asclan and Yomtachia's armies poured out of the caves onto Yata's surface to conquer it. Time fluctuated from 161 CE to 200 CE to 38363 to 5 CE until it eventually settled at 232 CE, revealing that Yata had changed drastically as deserts littered its surface and massive metal structures visible from orbit dotted former Tritonia City as the events of 'Dark Nebula' were ongoing. Sothro worked on gathering enough ships to launch Theia back to Timeline-002, discovering that in this dimension the YNF's Jupiter Fleet was actually built into a completed state, including even their 'Planet-Killer'. Luckily, the ships were all FTL-capable and completely empty, allowing Sothro to remotely operate them and send them over to Theia where their Psuedospace-Drives charged up for the operation, only to suddenly receive a contact from New South City, as Andrei Varady, Cormac Connolly, and The Girl had made their call to Tritonia during the 'Backrooms Arc', prompting Drenemoria to instruct everyone to rush to pick them up before said call would take place due to how it was temporally displaced, as said contact seemed to have caused a paradoxical timeloop. An Asophanian ship soon arrived at NSC to extract them as they turned on the computer and spoke to past Tritonia and Asophania, explaining what happened that lead to the end of the Backrooms Arc and how they would use The Girl to create a gateway to extract Humanity early in order to double their numbers against future threats and prevent a timeloop. Once humanity was extracted from the Backrooms via The Girl's gateways Theia prepared to launch Humanity back home (They left Corecent behind because they didn't want to deal with Gamerlandia existing). Theia, pushed by the massive fleet, was shot into Voidspace which was shattered open to enter Psuedospace which lead them back to Timeline-002. During their absence, Yomtach-kind had occupied the original Yata as well apart from certain island regions, making it necessary for Humanity to launch a costly campaign to reclaim Yata in the Fourth Human-Yomtach War.
