Shapeshifter Whispers
The missing people cases have been going up quite a bit, so Spisos decides to investigate it.
Karen Jr. has called in two detectives to figure out why the heck people are disappearing recently.
Karen Jr says: "SMH. It better not be those.... VACCINATORS doing this..."
"Actually, maybe they're going missing because they have taken vaccines."
Detective says: "Don't worry ma'am, we checked before hand if the missing people had recently gotten vaccinated. Only 3 of them did."
Karen Jr says: "THREE!? WELL I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I MADE VACCINATING ILLEGAL. GOOD THAT THEY'RE GONE."
"Don't find those three people."
"They're a threat to the youth of Spisos."
Detective 2 says: "Yeah yeah. Vaccine bad. But that isn't what we came to talk about?"
Karen Jr says: "..."
Detective says: "Well anyway.. We should start getting some leads on the situation. Let's go."
Detective 2 says: "Yeah. Whatever."
The detectives leave the off-brand white house.
Detective 2 says: "Tsk. I wish we weren't told to come back to this hellhole."
Detective says: "Well, that's what he ordered us to do. I don't know why he is so attached to this country. Anyway, let's figure out what is happening."
The detectives go visit the houses of the missing people.
House 1.
Detective says: "This person apparently lived in their moms basement for... 37 years. They went missing a week ago."
Detective 2 rings the doorbell.
Detective 2 says: "We're detectives let us in. We won't kill you. Actually it depends"
Detective says: "Please don't say that."
An old lady opens the door.
Lady says: "...?"
Detective 1 shows his badge to the lady.
Detective says: "We're here to investigate why your son went missing."
Lady says: "Oh.. come in"
They head inside and start to investigate.
Detective says: "So you last saw your son a week ago?"
Lady says: "Yes.. He was always playing his little games in the basement.. And so.. I thought he should maybe go outside for a little while.. So I told him to get some milk and eggs from the grocery store.."
"He at first didn't want to go.. But I ended up convincing him, and so he went outside.."
"But.. He never came back.."
Detective says: "Hmm.. Does your son have any friends?"
Lady says: "Of course not"
"I mean.. I'm not actually sure"
"He rarely ever talks to me"
Detective 2 says: "Oi, why does the basement smell so bad?? Also Is this bottled apple juice good?"
Lady says: "Don't drink that."
"Anyway, I'm sorry.. I don't have much information.."
Detective says: "It's alright, there's at least a thousand people who have gone missing. We'll probably get a lead somehow."
Detective says: "We will be leaving now. Thank you for the information you gave us."
The detectives leave.
Detective 2 says: "I hope the next house isn't as bad"
Detective says: "Yeah."
House 2.
Detective says: "Someone from this house knows a girl who went missing a month ago."
Knock Knock.
Detective 2 says: "WE KNOW YOU HAVE DRUGS"
Detective says: "....No.. what?"
Some dirty looking guy opens the door.
Guy says: ".....uhhh I dont have drugs.. please leave..."
He smells like weed.
Detective 2 says: "Don't worry, that's not what we're here for."
"A month ago you reported that your... Girlfriend went missing?"
Guy says: "Well.. she wasn't really my girlfriend. she just.. came over a lot.. and we sort of bonded.. haha... I wish I could tell her how I feel-"
Detective 2 says: "We ain't here for your life story."
"Can we come in or what."
Guy says: "Uhhhhhh, what if we talked outside?"
Detective says: "...Fine.."
The guy comes out and closes the door behind him.
Detective says: "So when was the last time you saw her?"
Guy says: "Well.. she had come over for some we-... hang out time.."
"And so we... uh.. .. did things"
"And then we decided to go to a bar I guess... yeah.."
"Uhm... we talked and stuff.. and she said she had to go to the bathroom.. so yeah.. i let her.."
"Uhh, then I take a few too many shots... and I pass out.."
"I wake up an hour later.. and I don't see her anywhere.."
"So.. I call her, but she doesn't respond.. So I thought she went home"
"So I go to her house..."
"Uh... she doesn't respond... to my doorbell ringing skills.."
"So I break in through her win- I mean.. her window was open so I..."
"Uh..."
"..."
Detective says: "...."
Guy says: "LISTEN SHE JUST WENT MISSING I DON'T KNOW."
Detective says: "Uh.. do you know what bar it was?"
Guy says: "...Facebook Bar"
Detective 2 says: "I hate this country"
Detective says: "Alright, thank you for the information. We'll be leaving."
Guy says: "haha yeah"
Guy says: "oh god they better not tell the police"
And so the two detectives go to Facebook bar.
Detective 2 says: "Were they even allowed by Facebook to use the name?"
Detective says: "Probably not. Anyway, let's ask the Bartender some questions."
...
Bartender says: "Yeah, what can I serve ya?"
Detective says: "Were you working here a month ago?"
Bartender says: "Uhh... I mean, I guess?"
Detective pulls out a picture.
Detective says: "Did you see a girl like this come in?"
Bartender says: "Hmm.. Yeah, she always used to come here from time to time, though recently..."
Detective says: "She went missing in this bar apparently. Did you see anything suspicious 1 month ago?"
Bartender says: "Uhh.. No, sorry.. I was busy serving drinks to all the alcoholics.."
Detective says: "Mm... Dead end.."
Detective 2 says: "Ey don't give up so easily, question him HARDER."
Detective says: "Hmm.. Did the girl leave to go to the bathroom?"
Bartender says: "Yeah I guess"
Detective says: "Did she ever come out?"
Bartender says: "... Well"
"...Now that I think about it.. She did come out but.."
"She was passed out, and some person was carrying her"
"But I was too busy that I hardly noticed what they looked like"
Detective says: "...Do you have cameras here?"
Bartender says: "No"
Detective says: "..Hmmm"
Detective 2 says: "Well some other shops on this street might have some cameras, let's ask them for footage."
Detective says: "Good idea"
"Thank you for the information."
Bartender says: "No prob."
The detectives leave and go around some shops to see if they have any cameras
After a bit, they eventually find a gun shop with some cameras.
They ask to see the video footage.
Worker says: "Haha lucky for you, we haven't deleted the footage just yet."
Detective says: "Hmmm.."
"Okay, I found the the footage of the day one month ago.."
They skip through the footage until they get to a certain part..
They see the girl being carried by some.. black haired person.
Detective says: "Hmm.."
Detective 2 says: "Hey uh, what if this missing person case is different from the others?"
Detective says: "True.. But still, let's keep this in mind."
"Let's go see one more house for today."
House 3.
Detective 2 says: "Let us in or we will break your windows"
Detective says: "I'm going to report you to the-"
The door opens.
Person says: "Hello?"
Detective says: "We are detectives" shows badge "We want to inquire about a missing person case you recently reported about."
Person says: "Oh. Come in"
They head inside.
Detective 2 says: "Damn this house is fancy."
Person says: "Thanks.. My friend decorated it.."
Detective says: "So from what I understand, your friend went missing 5 days ago?"
Person says: "Yeah. I probably know why."
Detective says: "Tell us."
Person says: "Well.. my friend had recently met a guy on the official Celtic Minecraft server."
"And they hit it off well.. So after getting to know each other a bit, they decided to meet up in real life."
"And so my friend went to meet with the guy at some.. Very weird spot."
"And then I never saw them again."
Detective says: "Hmm.. What spot was it?"
Person says: "Uhh... the spot was near the giant mountain in Fruid"
"that doesn't have a name for some reason"
Detective says: "Hmm.. This will probably be the best lead for us. "
Detective 2 says: "We should still keep in mind that this case could be different from the other cases. We should investigate a bit more and see if the other cases lead to that place."
Detective says: "Yes."
"Anyway, thank you for the information."
Person says: "No prob.. "
"But uh.."
"Can you promise me that you'll bring them back to me?"
"It's just.. they were my best friend.. we knew each other since we were babies. I don't know how to-"
Detective says: "Don't worry, I promise you we will."
Person says: "Haha.. okay.."
The detectives leave the house.
Detective 2 says: "That was a big lie you just said, eh, Patryck?"
Detective says: "Shut up, Paul."
Just in case you don't remember, Patryk and Paul were former leaders of Spisos.
Detective 2 says: "Oh well."
Anyway, the duo investigate more houses for at least a week until coming to a conclusion.
Patryck says: "Well it seems that quite a few cases lead to the mountain."
Paul says: "Well okay let's go there then."
Patryck says: "Well, we should at least prepare. It'd be devastating for him if we died."
Paul says: "I mean, I doubt he cares but okay."
The two get prepared with guns, some armour and other necessities.
The two take a train to the mountain.
Paul says: "Yay. Let's start hiking."
Patryck says: "I doubt it's at the top of the mountain. That just sounds annoying and impractical."
Paul says: "Yeah.. Wait but what if they have an elevator?"
Patryck says: "Yeah. But who would make an elevator in a mountain??"
"Anyway.. Let's see if we can find some sort of cave around here.."
Paul and Patryk look around the mountain, and they eventually find a cave!
Paul says: "Heyyy, finally! Why is it green.."
Patryk says: "What is this.. weird sticky green goo? Well.. I suppose it doesn't matter.."
Paul says: "It better"
The two start their adventure into the cave.
Paul says: "Good thing there were some torches put around here. Wait-"
Patryk says: "They are all lit as well.. That means that somebody has been here"
"Or lives here.. possibly."
The further they go down, the more the cave splits into different caves.
Paul says: "Okay why did they have to make it a maze.. Like if I was kidnapping people and made my base a maze, I'd get lost all the time."
Patryk says: "Yes, but this makes it hard for people investigating them, like us."
Paul and Patryk after a bit of walking accidently go inside some large cavern with a throne.
Paul says: "A throne? Is this a castle or something."
Patryk says: "How peculiar.. And that green goo.. it's everywhere..."
Paul looks down and sees some weird.. black horse with holes in it. It's not moving
Paul says; "WHAT IS THAT?"
Patryk says: "SHHH
"Do you want them to figure out we're here??"
Paul says: "????"
Paul says: "But have you ever seen something like this?"
Patryk says: "No, but we live on Yata. This planet has had how many alien invasions?"
"It's probably just some.. leftover alien."
Paul says: "Ah yes! The usual. A leftover alien."
Patryk says: "Stop complaining."
Out of nowhere, they hear some strange sounds behind them.
Paul says: "Wha-"
Paul says: "IT'S ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE CREATURES"
??? says: "....love...... give me... love..."
Paul says: "uhh take me out to dinner first?"
Patryk says: "..Could these be the ones kidnapping all the people?"
"Though.. They don't seem very strong.."
??? says: "...please.."
Paul says: "Listen I told you, we need to form a bond first."
"I don't just date anything I see. I'm not THAT desperate."
Patryk says: "Paul please. We need to take this seriously."
Paul says: "Oh, you're right. Sorry."
"But seriously, What are they..? It seems they can speak. Do we try to ask it questions?"
Patryk says: "Well. Let's try."
"Do you have a name?"
??? says: "....love... give me love... i'm starving..."
Patryk says: "Hmm.. "
Paul says: "Are you the ones kidnapping?"
??? says: "Please... I'm so hungry..."
Paul says: "Yeah okay, It's not responding to us."
Patryk says: "It's asking for love.. Maybe if we give it "love" it'll answer us?"
Paul says: "So do we kiss or something?"
Patryk says: "Let's just agree with it first."
??? says: "love.. please..."
Patryk says: "Okay, we will give you.. "love""
Paul says: "That sounds so wrong"
??? says: ".....really?"
Patryk says: "Yes-"
The weird creature tackles Patryk.
Patryk says: "IT'S NOT WORKING SHOOT IT"
Paul says: "OKAY"
Paul pulls out a shotgun and shoots the creature. But It doesn't die at first.
Paul shoots it a few more times
Paul says: "JUST DIE ALREADY"
The creature eventually stops moving.
Patryk says: "...Right."
"Something is off here."
Paul says: "Ya think??"
Patryk says: "Who are these creatures? They couldn't have been the ones kidnapping.. Because from all the people we got information from said the "kidnappers" were human."
Paul says: "Uhh, what about shapeshifting?"
Patryk says: "It could, but we have zero evidence that it's "shapeshifiting".. Too unreliable."
Suddenly the both of them hear screams coming from.. somewhere.
Paul says: "OI"
Patryk says: "LET'S GO"
The duo run to where the screams are coming from
The screaming gets louder and louder...
Paul says: "TSK, SO MANY DIFFERENT ENTRANCES AND EXITS.. IT'S SO HARD TO PINPOINT WHERE THEY'RE COMING FROM"
After a bit of running the screams stop.
Patryk says: "...Shoot.."
Paul says: "LET'S GO THAT WAY!"
Paul and Patryk run into one of the cave hallways and are met with a... door?
Just a normal human door.
Patryk says: "...A door.."
Paul says: "Do you think aliens would know what a human door looks like...?"
Patryk says: "Whatever.. let's go in."
They go inside.
They see a giant window, and on the other side is red liquid.
Patryk says: "What is that..."
Paul says: "...It smells off here.."
Patryk says: "... We should take pictures of this place.."
Patryk takes a picture of the strange red liquid.
Paul says: "Hey uh, what if it's blood?"
Patryk says: "..."
"Well.."
"I doubt it.. How could someone ever get so much blood?"
Paul says: "What about the screams?"
Patryk says: "...Okay, and?"
"What would the screams have to do with the red liquid? Let's say, hypothetically, it was blood, and people were murdered here."
"Wouldn't there be body parts? Or human bodies?"
Paul says: "I guess.."
Patryk says: "Let's explore the place a little more.."
They leave the strange room, and look around the cave system a bit more.
Though.. Paul and Patryk then hear some talking.
Paul says: "..."
Patryk says: "..."
Paul says: "We need to leave."
Patryk says: "I agree.. but what if they're an important key to the solution of this strange place?"
Paul says: "Okay! Let's just go talk to them then."
Patryk says: ".."
The talking starts getting louder and louder and then..
??? says: "Hey, who are they?"
Paul grabs Patryk and runs.
Paul says: "IF WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS CORRECT.. THAT THIS IS AN "aLieN ABduCtion" THEN WE SHOULDN'T RISK IT."
Patryk says: "OH.. fair point we don't really know what they are capable."
Patryk says: "But.. the two talking.. they sounded like people?"
Paul says: "AJHSJAHSA THIS IS CONFUSING LET'S JUST INVESTIGATE THIS SOME OTHER DAY WITH A BIGGER TEAM."
Paul and Patryk run into some cave and are met with a massive trypophobia-inducing cavern that split off into countless smaller caves.
And also in the small caves they see more of the weird "creatures".
Paul says: "...."
"Shoot"
Patryk says: "Wh-"
All the creatures start to go crazy seeing Paul and Patryk.
Paul says: "Brace for impact- wait"
Paul notices the changelings attacking some.. strange invisible forcefield..
Paul says: "..."
"I don't think they can get out"
Patryk says: "Huh?"
"Wait.. you're right."
"...weird.."
Patryk takes a picture of the place.
Patryk says: "Right, let's escape this cave. It's too big.. We should make some sort of map for next time.."
Paul and Patryk eventually escape the mountain.
Anyway.. Meanwhile in Spisos...
Karen Jr. seems to have a "new" task for the two "detectives".
Karen Jr says: "So it seems you still haven't found any of the missing people. Disgraceful! And you two call yourself "detectives"."
"Might as well just get rid of the police force."
Paul says: "Ah yes, because that'll surely fix all of your problems!"
Patryk says: "Shhh.. Anyway we are sorry we haven't found anybody yet."
"Though, we have a few leads that could solve this case. just give us a bit more time-"
Karen Jr says: "I'VE GIVEN YOU ENOUGH TIME ALREADY. I AM TIRED WAITING. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH TWENTY KIDS."
Paul says: "I get why you're singl-"
Patryk says: "Paul, no."
Karen Jr says: "...AND ALSO. SINCE YOU TWO LIKE TAKING YOUR SWEET TIME! A NEW PROBLEM HAS APPEARED."
"THERE'S WEIRD GREEN GOO COMING FROM THAT STUPID MOUNTAIN."
Paul says: "Wait... Hold on."
Karen Jr says: "YOU TWO BETTER FIX ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS BY TODAY OR YOU BOTH ARE FIRED!"
"YOU KNOW WHAT? WHAT'S YOUR MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER."
Patryk says: "Ma'am please, a detective needs time. We promise to solve this case, and the new one that has appeared."
Karen Jr says: "Oh yeah!?!?!? prove it."
Patryk says: "Err.. Alright then. Let's go back to work, Paul."
Paul says: "Yeah."
Paul and Patryk leave Karen.
Patryk says: "Green Goo coming from the mountain.. Do you think this has something to do with the missing people?"
Paul says: "Maybe. Wait, do we know WHICH mountain she was talking about?"
"None of the mountains have names yet."
Patryk says: "Right.. Let's try to figure out which mountain she was talking about.. And maybe give the mountains unofficial names so it's easier for us."
Patryk and Paul decide to check the mountain they went to last time.
Though, they first go to Anchorage.
Paul says: "This place smells.. Really bad."
Patryk says: "What did you except from the Spinese? Anyway-"
Suddenly somebody runs up to Patryk and Paul.
Random says: "PLESSE SIRS DO U HAVE ANY FRESH WATER MY FAMILY OF 23 IS DYING RIGHT NOW..."
Patryk says: "Excuse me?"
Random says: "pELASLKEA MY FAMILY SI DYING GIVE ME FHRHEHSH SHAWHEIUWEHRUIWEGRWEURGWEURGWERUHWGRYUhshawtyslikeamelodyinmyhead"
Patryk says: "Err.. It's going to be okay sir, just calm down and explain slowly what's happening."
Random says: "THE WATER IS GREEN HERE WE DON'T HAVE ANY FRESH WATER"
Patryk says: "Huh-"
Paul says: "OI PATRYK, THE WATER AROUND ANCHORAGE IS GREEN!"
Patryk says: "Wha- Hmm.. I suppose we now know which Mountain the Karen was talking about."
Random says: "??/please IGIVIE ME WYATETR!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?"
Patryk says: "Sir, take a deep breathe and-"
The random guy just pukes out green and passes out.
Patryk says: "....."
Paul says: "Uhhhhh"
Patryk says: "Let's look around here for a bit.. Something was not right with this man."
Paul says: "I mean, aren't all Spinese people like that? (Just.. without the green goo vomiting)"
Patryk says: "No, Spinese people usually just lack common sense. But this man.. He just seems to have lost his mind."
Paul says: "True, true."
Patryk says: "Let's go ask around."
Patryk and Paul walk around Anchorage looking for somebody normal enough to talk to... But it seems they can't find anybody like that.. Since all the people in Acnchoinrage seem to have lost their minds.
Paul says: "There's just.. green everywhere and screaming people."
Patryk says: "Yeah..."
Paul says: "Wait, look at this shop."
Patryk says: "?"
Paul points a shop selling the green liquid as: Spicy Water
Patryk says: "..."
"I think I understand what is happening"
Paul says: "Same."
"So the people drank the green liquid.."
Patryk says: "Which made them all go 'insane'."
Paul says: "Yeah. Honestly it's probably the same substance we saw inside that mountain."
"The mountain that was spilling strange green liquid was also probably it."
Patryk says: "Mhm.. But why is it being spilt? We should go investigate."
Paul and Patryk find where the goo is coming from.
They try to get closer but rather not risk falling into it after what they saw back in Anchorage.
Paul says: "Last time we went by here, this wasn't here. So that means this was made recently."
Patryk says: "Before we went to Anchorage I checked a few reports. The first time somebody saw this leak was a week ago."
Paul says: "A week!? Yikes.. And we only got news of it now."
Patryk says: "If we want to figure out why this is happening, we might have to go back inside that cave."
Paul says: "Seems like it."
Patryk says: "We should bring more people with us this time. I'll contact the leader."
Paul says: "I dunno, more people sounds like more things to worry about."
Patryk says: "Hmm, I suppose.. But still."
A few days later.
Paul and Patryk arrive at the entrance of the cave with a few.. people.
Paul says: "The leak was still there it seems. Kinda crazy."
Patryk says: "Well, let's head in and figure out why it's there."
They head in.
The cave seems to still look the same. Not much has changed.
Patryk says: "Let us head inside. You remember our goal, right?"
Paul says: "Yeah, yeah. Find the missing people and figure out why that green goo is leaking."
Patryk says: "Yes. There's still more things we need to find out."
And so Patryk, Paul and other randoms they brought along head inside the cave.
Patryk says: "This cave is quite big, and we probably won't get to the bottom of this if we all stick together. Let's split up."
Paul says: "What is this, an episode of Scooby Doo? I don't think this is a good idea. Remember last time?"
Patryk says: "Yes, but these people we asked for are all specially trained-"
Paul says: "Ah whatever, fine."
They all split up. Patryk and Paul stick together of course.
Paul says: "Luckily for you, I was given a special gadget that can record our paths. So we don't have to worry about getting lost like last time!"
The two reach a certain point in the cave where it diverges into multiple paths.
Patryk say: "Let's go left."
The two of them head into the left tunnel. They reach a giant cavern with lots of that.. green goo. They also notice some weird, open, green cocoons.
Patryk says: "Hmm.. I wonder if those green cocoons have something to do with this green goo."
Paul says: "Maybe it's actually an egg."
Patryk says: "Not a bad idea. but to what. Maybe those strange hole creatures we saw last time we came?"
Paul says: "Not a bad theory."
Suddenly, some of that sticky green goo comes flying at Paul. It hits him and he falls to the ground.
Paul says: "WhAT Was that??? Wait- I can't get up!"
Patryk says: "Wait here, I'll investigate where it came from."
Paul says: "Ah yes, like I'm able to go anywhere."
Patryk pulls out a gun from his bag and goes to investigate where that goo shot out from.
He sees a pitch black hole. He can't really make out anything in it.
Patryk says: "Well, going inside of it would be idiotic.. Let's see, did I bring a flashlight with me..?"
As Patryk looks for a flashlight, some green eyes suddenly appear in that pitch black hole. Before Patryk could react to them, one of those black and holey creatures attack Patryk.
Patryk says: "THIS SITUATION IS QUITE FAMILIAR, EH?"
As Patryk tries to get the strange creature off him, Paul notices some green glowing eyes appear around the cavern.
They are all looking at him and Patryk.
Paul says: "UH, PATRYK. NOT TO PRESSURE YOU OR ANYTHING. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE ITS FRIENDS ARE HERE."
Patryk manages to kick off the strange bug eyed creature from him.
Patryk says: "..This does not look good. Paul did the leader give you anything to deal with.. your current situation?"
Paul says: "Yeah."
Patryk says: "Good, use it."
Paul says: "I would, if I could move my hands dumbo."
Paul says: "Right, shoot. And your backpack seems to be stuck too. Right I'll see if I have anything-"
The Weird creature says: "DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME"
Patryk says: "!"
Patryk grabs his gun and shoots at it, as it tries to tackle him. Luckily he dodges it's attempts.
Patryk says: "WHY ARE THESE THINGS SO STURDY?"
After not being able to get close to Patryk anymore, the creature backs off, and goes back into its hole.
Patryk says: "...Phew."
Paul says: "I don't think it's the time to relax yet. You still have the others to deal with."
Patryk says: "Wait-"
Suddenly, many of the same creature begin to fly out from different points of the cavern.
Patryk says: "Ugh. Seems like it's time for me to use one of leaders gadgets."
Patryk begins to pull out things from his bag.
Patryk says: "This'll be good. now, EAT THIS!"
Patryk throws two very small cubes at the changelings. Once they get close enough to the changelings, they cause a giant and deafening explosion.
The explosions kills off some of the changelings, but angers the rest. They all begin to fly towards Patryk.
Though, luckily, Patryk is prepared. He runs closer to Paul and throws something on the ground. The thing he threw on the ground causes a blue shield to appear around him and Paul.
The changelings begin to attack the shield.
Paul says: "Man, what would we do without the leader."
Patryk says: "Well, first of all. we definitely wouldn't be in Spisos."
Patryk pulls out some strange metal straw from his backpack.
Paul says: "Is that what I think it is?"
On the metal straw, there is a small button on it. Patryk presses it and it suddenly turns into some futuristic gun.
Paul says: "Eyyyy, lazer gun!"
Patryk uses the 'lazer gun' to free Paul from the green goo.
Paul says: "Thanks, it was starting to get uncomfortable. Anyway, it seems the shields about the break."
Paul pulls out the same metal straw and presses the button on it to turn it into a lazer gun as well.
The shield breaks and the duo begin to shoot lazers at the changelings.
Luckily for them, the lazers are able to kill the changelings very quickly.
The lazers slice through the changelings.
Paul says: "YEAHHH LET'S GOOOOO!"
After a bit of a murdering spree, the guns suddenly turn back into the metal straw.
Paul says: "They have a limit. Makes sense. Fortunately for us we killed them all!"
Patryk says: "Yes.. Hey, we should bring one of the corpses back home. Maybe it'd help out the leader in his plans."
Paul says: "Go ahead."
Patryk grabs a medium sized transparent cube with a button on it. He goes to one of the corpses that isn't as limbless as the others, and presses the button on the cube.
Paul says: "Funny. Anyway, it seems when we were killing those weird horse bug things, they seemed to be bleeding that green goo we keep seeing."
Patryk says: "Oh, you have a point!"
"Okay, so the green goo is coming from these creatures. But why is it leaking into Spinese Water?"
Out of nowhere, a hand grabs Patryk's shoulder.
??? says: "Well hello there!"
Paul says: "..."
Patryk says: "..."
Patryk turns around to look at who it is.
It's.. a human?
??? says: "Heya."
Patryk says: "Who are you."
??? says: "Just some unimportant worker."
Paul says: "Worker? Worker for what??"
??? says: "Well, if I told you then that'd be no fun at all. Figure it out yourselves."
Patryk says: "Right. Wait, are you one of the missing people?"
??? says: "I just said you should figure it out yourselves :)"
"Anyway, want a tour."
Paul says: "No way in hell would we want a tour. We have no clue who you even are. You could be one of the kidnappers."
??? says: "Geez, who turns down a free tour :)?"
Paul says: "Patryk do you have another one of those box things? Let's use it on her and go."
Patryk says: "Sadly, no."
??? says: "Ohh yeah. Where did you get those strange devices?"
Paul says: "None of your business, lady."
??? says: "Hm, how about this? Let's trade information. If you tell me who made those devices, I'll tell you who I am."
Paul says: "HA, no."
Patryk says: "Doesn't sound too bad."
Paul says: "Eh-"
??? says: "Great we made a deal! I'll go first."
"I'm one of the missing people. You can call me......bin... Bin!"
Patryk says: "Interesting. Now I'll tell you where we got these gadgets from."
"We got it from.. Terry Teur."
Paul says: "..."
Bin says: "Ohh lovely. Anyway we should leave this place. It's kind of dangerous :)"
Patryk says: "You have a point. We should go before anybody finds you."
They begin to leave the cavern.
Paul looks at Patryk weird and whispers something to him.
Paul says: "Why did you tell her we got those things from Terry Teur? We don't even work for that sucker."
Patryk says: "She lied to us, so I lied to her. It's a fair trade."
Paul says: "Eh, you have a point. I'm guessing she's one of the kidnappers then."
Patryk says: "Probably. Let's follow her for now.. She might lead us to somewhere worthwhile."
The duo follow the strange woman apparently called Bin.
Bin says: "Hey so who is this Terry Teur anyway? Is he some sort of scientist?"
Patryk says: "He leads a country."
Bin says: "Ah, yes. A country. Which one?"
Patryk says: "Luxuria."
Bin says: "Haha, that's kind of weird."
Patryk says: "Hm, how so?"
Bin says: "Nothing. Anyway, what are you two called? Actually never mind they're probably boring names."
Paul says: "Yeah, like your name isn't boring as well. It's literally Bin."
Bin says: ":)"
Bin says: "Anyway, we are here."
The three seem to have arrived at some door like last time.
Paul says: "We are where?"
"I thought we were escaping?"
Bin says: "Oh yeah. I guess I forgot."
Paul says: "What."
Patryk says: "It's alright, it happens to the best of us."
The trio head inside.
Like last time, Paul and Patryk see a giant window. But this time.. It's different.
On the other side, is a bunch of those changelings. They're all dead and stacked on top of one another.
Paul says: "What the hell?"
Bin says: "Oh, looks like this is the wrong place."
Patryk says: "..."
Suddenly, the corpses begin to.. spin around from the other side of the window.
A sharp object can barely be seen under the corpses. It begins to spin.. Almost like a blender.
Bin says: "Oh, it looks like they started blending the changelings."
Patryk says: "What..?"
Bin says: "Oh, haha, sorry. Ignore what I said. :)"
Paul and Patryk watch as the changelings corpses get blended.
After a while, it finally stops. And on the other side of the window is only that green goo.
Bin says: "Oh no. How tragic. What does this mean."
"Anyway, we should like totally go back to escaping."
Patryk says: "Wait, no. Paul. We saw a room just like this last time.. but on the other side it was.. red.."
Bin says: "..Last time?"
Paul says: "..."
Bin says: "Anyway, let's go back to escaping."
The three of them leave the changeling blender room.
Paul says: "So, Bin. You said something a bit suspicious in my opinion."
Bin says: "Oh yeah, what did I say? :)"
Paul says: "Changeling."
Bin says: "Oh right, you probably wouldn't know what they're called. Those black-horse-bug-whatever things you killed are called changelings."
Patryk says: "How do you know this information?"
Bin says: "Well, I hear my kidnappers always talk about them!"
"Anyway- oh wait a second. Stand there for a sec."
Suddenly, two humans are seen walking towards the trio. It seems they're also carrying something..
Bin says: "Let me do the talking."
Paul says: "What- who are they??"
Bin says: "shhh."
Bin says: "HEYA! What are you carrying? :)"
??? says: "Shut up, freak. None of your business."
Bin says: "No need to be so rude! :)"
??? says: "You can stop smiling, y'know? Your mission ended like.. a few days ago or whatever."
??? 2 says: "This conversation is boring, let's go.
The two of those humans leave, but Paul realizes what they were carrying..
It was another human.. Not just any human.. one of the people that came along with him and Patryk.
Paul says: "....."
Bin says: "Ehh, anyway let's go back to escaping-"
Paul says: "Who were they?"
Bin says: "I'll answer that later. Let's go."
After some walking, the three of them reach a dead end cavern.
Bin says: "Seems good enough."
Paul says: "Good enough for what?"
Bin says: "Lunch I guess, maybe dinner."
Paul says: "Ah yes, let us take a lunch break before escaping!"
Bin says: "See? You get me!"
Paul says: "I was being sarcastic."
Bin says: "Anyway, may you undress now?"
Patryk says: "...."
Paul says: "what"
Bin says: "Oh yeah. The thing I'm having for lunch is you. :)"
Patryk says: "...What do you mean?"
Bin says: "I don't feel like explaining. Anyway it's fine if you don't want to be eaten. I'll just do it by force."
Paul says: "Aha. No way."
Paul pulls out the straw thing from before. He turns it into the lazer gun and shoots it at Bin. But...
When he shoots the lazer at Bin, she turns into.. an ant?
Paul says: "what"
Patryk says: "what"
She then.. turns back into a human..?
Bin says: "Yikes. Good thing I knew about that gun beforehand!"
Patryk says: "It is physically not possible for you to be a human. What are you??"
Bin says: "Figure it out yourself :smile:"
Bin quickly appears behind Patryk, but Paul shoots a lazer at Bin, but she dodges it.
Patryk turns around to face her, and grabs some of those small cube thingies he used before.
Bin grabs Patryks hands
Bin says: "I know how they work. Maybe you should do a self sacrafice for your, uh.... frie... fries.... companion? No that wasn't the word..."
As Bin tries to remember the word for Friend, Paul shoots a lazer at her. But.. She then becomes some.. weird and small flying creature and dodges it.
She flies onto a rock and becomes a human again.
Bin says: "Geez, I never really paid attention to the combat classes. They were always too boring."
Patryk sees a chance and throws the small cube thingies he was going to throw before.
They get near Bin and explode.
Once the explosion fog disappears they notice she isn't standing on top of the rock anymore.
Patryk says: "Where did she go-"
Paul says: "PATRYK BEHIND YOU-"
But it was too late for Patryk to dodge. Bin threw Patryk across the cavern with giant.. black tentacle arms?
Her arms turn back to normal after.
Bin says: "Hopefully that deals with him for now."
"Now- Wait where did the other one go."
Bin looks around, until a burning and giant machete slices off her head.
And out of nowhere, Paul appears.
Paul says: "Looks like the leaders invisibility hat was useful."
Bin says: "Yeah, it does seem useful!"
Paul says: "Yeah- WHAT"
Bins head transforms into some giant four legged creatures and it begins to run at Paul
Fortunately Paul reacts quickly and dodges it.
The four legged creature then transforms to Bin, this time not just a head.
Paul says: "ARE YOU SERIOUS???"
Bin says: "Sorry. Not really. :)"
Bin says: "Okay but I'm not used to putting this much effort into things."
"Can you like, die already? :)"
Paul says: "Hah, no way. The leader still needs me."
Bin says: "Oh, Terry Teur right?"
Paul says: "What- oh."
...
...
...
Bin and Paul stare at eachother not doing much.
Bin says: "I think Lunch has already passed."
Paul says: "..."
Bin says: "Oh wait, I still have your.. uh... slave? No, no.. that wasn't the correct term."
"Companion?? pet??"
Paul says: "Friend?"
Bin says: "OHHH YEAH!"
"I used to have a 'friend' too. When I used to rule one of the countries. They were pretty boring though."
Paul says: "You used to rule one of the countries? What do you mean..??"
Bin says: "Yeah. It was like, a few days ago."
"Wait, no. sorry, wrong time system."
"I think it was... decades ago.. Oh whatever this is getting too boring to explain."
Paul says: "You're so frustrating."
Paul looks through his bag to find something he could use against Bin.
Bin appears behind Paul quickly.
Bin says: "So what are you hiding in there?"
Paul says: "SHOOT-"
Bin turns into a creeper-like form and explodes.
Even though she exploded, she doesn't just straight up die like an actual creeper.
Bin says: "And my work here is done :)"
Paul says: "You should pay attention."
Bin says: "Oh what- you're alive."
Paul is covered in Armor.
Bin says: "Wow, and how did you do that?"
Paul says: "Like I'd tell you."
It was one another one of the "leaders" gadgets.
Bin says: ":)"
"You say I'm frustrating, but then you go and do this."
Patryk finally wakes up from the impact of the throw.
Patryk says: "What.... what is happening.....?"
Paul pulls out the same burning machete he used before, and attacks Bin with it.
Though, she quickly dodges all of the slashes.
Patryk says: "Oh.....I should.... I should... do something..."
Patryk looks through his backpack, though it seems a lot of the the gadgets he was given are now broken.
Patryk says: "I can't.... use anything....."
...
Patryk then notices that he still has the small cube thingies..
Patryk says: "....I think... i have an idea..."
...
...
...
Paul keeps trying to slice Bin but she just keeps dodging it. After a bit of this she transforms her arms into weird black tentacle arms and yeets Paul into a wall :relieved: Though since he was wearing armor it doesn't affect him as much.
Bin says: "Aghhh! This is so boring. :)"
Bin says: "Hopefully I can end it right here and now."
Suddenly, a bag is thrown at Bin.
Bin says: "Ah- huh. Wait a minute-"
Bin notices the two small cuboid things in the air, but it was already too late for her to do anything.
The cuboids explode, which causes the bag to explode as well.
Because of this combination, a very giant explosion happens which causes the cavern they are in to start falling apart.
A giant rock lands on Bin.
Bin says: "Well that sucks :)"
Patryk says: "PAUL!"
Paul says: "OH-"
Paul quickly goes to pick up Patryk.
Bin says: "Hey wait a minute! What about me? :) I don't feel like being stuck under some rocks for all eternity."
Paul says: "Tsk! Like we'd help you."
Bin says: "Uh- wait. I'll give you valuable information!"
"Um, like about that country!"
"I think it was Nakmai. I ruled that for a while."
"I went under the name Chau Binh?"
Paul says: "Wow, thanks for the information. Now bye."
Bin says: "..."
":) I can tell you what I am? Only if you let me go, though."
Paul says: "Ah.."
Patryk says: "No, Paul. We don't have anymore time to save her."
"We will get crushed to death."
Paul says: "Shoot, you're right."
Paul and Patryk leave the cavern
Bei says: "...How boring."
Rocks then fall on Bei which crush her.
Paul starts looking for an exit while carrying Patryk.
Patryk says: "Do you not have the device?"
Paul says: "No. Also how the hell are you able to talk. Your literally covered in blood??"
Patryk says: "Wait, what about the others-"
Paul says: "They're probably already dead. When those two.. humans passed by, they were carrying one of the soldiers bodies."
Patryk says: "What do you think the leader will say?"
Paul says: "STOP ASKING QUESTIONS I AM UNDER PRESSURE TRYING TO FIND THE EXIT!"
After some running Paul eventually does somehow find the exit.

A few days later during a video call...
??? says: "You fought a shapeshifting woman who used to rule a country on Yata"
Paul says: "Yeah. "
??? says: "You said she called herself Chau Binh?"
Paul says: "Mhm."
??? says: "Hmm.... sounds awfully familiar. Anyway, Thank you Paul for investigating on the situation."
Paul says: "No prob, boss."
??? says: "If you want, you and Patryk no longer have to work on the case. It seems it might be too dangerous."
Paul says: "No, we don't mind doing dangerous things for you, leader."
??? says: "Yes, but I'd rather not lose my two second in commands."
Paul says: "Tord.."
Tord says: "I'll send in some other people to investigate this situation further. For now, you and Patryk rest."
Paul says: "Got it, sir!"
Tord says: "Cya."
Beep, beep.
Tord says: "Chau Binh. Who is that."
Tord types her name into the internet, and her yatawiki page shows up.
Tord says: "Huh."
Tord says: "..."
"See you later..."
"..Well then. It's time to start preparing."
