The protests and resistance movements in Adriatic Alliance -occupied regions of Yetia kept growing worse and worse, which Italy recommended ignoring as they'd stop once they realised the governments did not care about their resistance while Najova said withdrawal made sense as holding onto the region was pointless. Vedaburg protested and explained that Yetia deserved to be punished, cracking down on any forms of apathy among its allies. Italy and Vedaburg spoke about how the resistance movements would be supressed, planning on mass deportations of protestors into othe unoccupied regions of Yetia in the west. Just as the agreement was formalised, countless local governments within the occupied region rose up in rebellion, with Switzerland, Mecklenburg, Rhineland, Alsace-Lorraine, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Prussia, Westphalia, Hesse, Wurttemberg, Baden, Hanover, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony, Thuringia, Bavaria, and finally Austria seceded from Adriatic Alliance rule. With no other option seemingly presenting itself, the Adriatic Alliance moved to crush all dissents with force.
After some initial success, the revolts eventually managed to start holding off the Adriatic Alliance, prompting them to begin preparing more advanced weaponry. Seeing it as their only way to survive, the Prussians organized the unification of all revolts into the 'State of Niederland', although some regions such as Bavaria initially refused to join before eventually relenting. The Adriatics would soon continue pushing back their enemies regardless, leading to a certain 'Hans Meyer' using the dissatisfaction to launch a revolution against Niederland, proclaiming the chauvinistic 'Third State of Niedereich' planning on waging a war of conquest against the Adriatics. Despite Niedereich's best efforts, they were soon defeated and forced to flee into Yetia proper.
