Dictator Jurgen Neumann of Yetia instated several 'Plans' code named 'Plan A', 'Plan B', 'Plan C', and 'Plan D' regarding the restoration of Yetian glory via military force, beginning with Plan A, which once executed lead to a declaration of war on Vedaburg and Poland. With no way to win against the much larger and more militarized Yetia, both Poland and Vedaburg began retreating their governments and armies underground to rise up again at a later time as they simply had no way to win.
