After the Chernobyl Nuclear Reactor fell under Luvakhian administration, Kathatar raised concerns that the reactor was emitting 2x its usual power output, which Luvakhia questioned the authenticity of until Europe suddenly entered a blackout as Tritonia City reported that the powerplant had suddenly exploded, prompting Luvakhia to panic and set up a quarantine zone. A 'sarcophagus' was promptly built onto the damaged parts of the powerplant in order to avoid radiation leakage, though this did not block out all of it.
