The Siberian Confederacy began implementing welfare and anti-monopoly laws which involved the taxation of rich people so that their money could be distributed to the poor via a welfare service alongside implementing 'ethnic equality laws' which aimed to represent all ethnic groups in government, angering many former aristocrats from the days of the Tsardom of Lineland which organized a revolt in the city of Rurikpavlovsk in order to incite a second Siberian Civil War, prompting the Siberian Government to launch 'Operation Twilight' in the region in order to crush the revolt. Once Siberian reinforcements began to arrive, White Army forces quite quickly fell apart due to their disorganization, though this crisis did allow the 'Koryak Partisan Army' to launch a minor uprising in the northern part of Kamchatka. After some fighting, the Siberian Guard managed to crush both revolts and restore order.
