A 'random lady' revealed that Nopedro had not really had an election for 30 years, making Ricardo Milos no better than Sipedro was, inciting public outrage as Ricardo's claims that he defended Nopedro with his laser crotch, so he was told to join the army instead which he eventually agreed to do as he was soon forced to resign and hold snap elections. The winner of the elections was the lady which started the democracy movement, Cornelia La Guam. Cornelia soon revealed that electing her was actually a bad move as she asserted that she was 'incredibly mentally unstable' as she proclaimed the 'Second Sipedroan Empire'.

As her first major act, she requested that Lustland join the new Sipedroan Empire as it was a part of the previous one, which Lustland refused, so Sipedro declared war. Sipedroan forces landed in the west of Lustland and pushed eastwards, quickly overwhelming their enemy. After a short conquest, Lustland was forced to surrender as it was fully annexed.
