For years now, an anomalous entity designated 'SDS-015' had been residing within the reactor chamber of the Ingalina Nuclear Power Station and slowly sapping away at its power, eventually prompting Polsk to try to kill it which prompted it to enter a vicious 'rage state' which lead to the powerplant undergoing a meltdown, leading to disaster cleanup rushing in as blackouts occurred throughout the country. The SDS Foundation issues an immediate warning to a massive portion of Polsk that SDS-015, a mollusc-like creature composed of root-like tentacles and bulbous heads covered with compound-eyes, claiming that due to no longer having a radiation supply the entity likely will attempt to cause havoc throughout the area until SDS Mobile Assault Squadron forces could arrive to dispatch it. Polsk accused the SDS of causing this incident via its inaction, which the SDS denied.
5 SDS Ships would soon arrive at New Warsaw port and reluctantly distribute experimental plasma-based 'blow-torch-like' weapons and special protective gear to Polskan soldiers as the two moved to deal with the threat. Polskan helicopters flew ahead and fired onto the entity as it infested the nearby urban area, alongside Vitar. SDS forces launched their attack as the entity tried to flee underground, which Polsk countered by digging. 015 sent tendrils over the sea to seize control of Kriewrocka, risking that it spread out through the ocean which forced the SDS to employ tactical nuclear weapons to prevent its escape. 015 was quickly being killed off by the SDS and Polsk forces despite it popping up from the ground to try to impale people. Once the last patch of SDS-015 was reached, a SDS general tore off one of the tentacles and placed it in a sealed container before the rest was destroyed. Once the clearing was complete, SDS forces withdrew from Polsk without any explanation on why a peace was saved, though before they left they administered Amnestics to all affected civilians. With the situation over, Polsk continued clean up efforts.
