With Lilaciah now running an 'empire' and Zina conquering Yakamotomoto, Yamato decided that pre-emptive expansion was necessary. Yamato promptly launched a massive invasion of numerous regions occupied by disorganized nomadic groups inhabiting the outback, prompting Lilaciah to offer a non-aggression pact which Yamato refused. Lilaciah thus offered Yamato an army of Benders in return for said pact, which Yamato agreed to. The colonization initiative concluded in a success.
