Vedaburg requested aid from Italy and Choros, the other members of the Adriatic Alliance, to assist it in a military operation against Ezon and Rossiya to push to the black sea. Italy was afraid that it was too risky and could lead to Vedaburg being taken over, but they were eventually convinced to send support with the promise of its forts being able to withstand the enemy. Vedaburg made small advances into Rossiya while a majority of its army rushed thru Ezon, leading to them being quickly overrun. As Rossiya had issues with supplying the front, the Adriatics kept pushing in with full force. Having occupied most of Palladia, the Adriatic Alliance offered a peace treaty to Rossiya where they would gain the lands they had occupied, which Rossiya accepted as it was still recovering from the Rossiyan Civil War, leading to Thessaloniki being annexed by Choros and all of Ezon and most of former Palladia being annexed by Vedaburg, who reorganized itself into the 'Vedaburg Federation' to better represent its new minority-populated regions.
