Narakamian Concordance

Following the Human-Trigal Conflict, the already long-known fact that the Kingdom of Yata was an old and ineffective organization came to the forefront once more as both the United Nations of Yata and League of Theia advocated for a renegotiation of the system to form a new Alpha Sol government, which was eventually agreed to after months of advocation as both factions agreed to a series of negotiations on Narakam to establish the proposed 'government'. After months of talks and agreements, the UNY and LOT signed a series of treaties known as the 'Narakamian Concordance' that officially dissolved the Kingdom of Yata and established the new 'Yatan-Theian Accord' in its place with all KoY laws remaining in place unless specifically repealed, with this new government dedicating itself to fix the tensions between both planets as many Yatans viewed Theians as coward elitists while Theians were seen as control freaks. More powers were given to the Accord than the Kingdom ever had, with the most notable of said powers being a 'planetary defence clause' which allowed it to form an army to defend Human worlds, with the bounds under the Accord's protection being expanded from merely Yata and Theia to all Human worlds even beyond the Alpha Sol System. Meetings within the Accord's government took place on whichever planet seemed fitting at the time until a permanent neutral headquarters could be built to house the UNY and LOT representatives.

Flag adopted in the First Accordance Act

Following the formation of the Accord, a series of 'Accordance Acts' were introduced. Accordance Act 1 officially adopted the flag of the Accord, with neither Yata or Theia being willing to accept the other's flag as the Accord flag leading to a new one (heavily based on Yata's flag) to be adopted. The Second Accordance Act saw the approval of the creation of a united Accord space-fleet with 70% in favour in order to defend planets, establish settlements, and explore, with the CSIS providing ship designs and a couple volunteer ships to establish the fleet. The Third Accordance Act saw the creation of the First and Second United Fleets, with the first being tasked with exploration while the second was stationed in Theia's orbit to await for enough volunteers to colonize new worlds. The First United Fleet explored southwards towards the Outer Rim in order to find new civilizations, with the first two they found being two civilizations of fairly similar age and advancement, namely 'Daunelvik' and the 'Yelnik Hivemind', though contact with them was not yet attempted. A Protoss trading fleet was also discovered, with whom friendly relations were made due to the Protoss being a pre-established CSIS ally.
