After the events of the Adriatic-Yetian War, it seemed like Khat seemingly couldn't catch a break as Yetia was fairly blatantly mobilizing for war against them along Jeriya's borders, prompting Wanaoishi to prepare to support Khat in the upcoming war. Yetia on the otherhand organized its puppets acquired in the Second Adriatic-Yetian War to assist it with the invasion. Yetia and its subjects rushed their armies into Jeriya while bombs rained down on their enemies from above, with Khat only being able to start trying to hold them back once they had reached the outskirts of Benghazi. Vedaburg was confused on why Yetia wasn't just going immediately into Tritoniya, which Italian spies revealed was due to Yetia simply lacking the resources needed to fight that conflict so it was gathering them from other countries first. Yetia began bombing Khat relentlessly as it advanced towards the Nile, prompting Wanaoishi to send significant reinforcements which allowed Khat to push back Yetia, prompting them to offer a peace treaty where Yetia would gain control over Jeriya, which Khat accepted despite Yetia threatening to come back later on.
